I ordered this blend specifically as it had blue tones on some of the bricks.My project was small ,only the back of my large fireplace,still big enough to need a pallet delivery. There was a delay with my delivery, it had gone back to the depot instead of being delivered. Eventually After two More days a man in a car delivered the pallets.The brick were so badly damaged and no blue ones that I didn't have enough full ,unbroken ones,luckily I had 3 sample packs all slightly different blends,the builder had to use those.

Hi Linda,
These aren't damaged, they're supposed to be like this - the products are from our reclaimed collection. You'll notice that all the chunks missing aren't in the boxes or anything, as part of a process to create the look, these are 'tumbled' to specifically knock bits off.
