I purchased 3 pallets of bricks for a small project.. they message to keep me updated on delivery which was less than a week (from point of order). Delivery driver message to give me a delivery time on the day and he could not do enough to make sure they were dropped without any damage and great care. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you.

Well managed brick delivery
Weinerberger Kansas bricks - I was pleased to find this discontinued range on clearance offer so the price was good. I requested a delivery date and received prompt confirmationn by telephone call. Delivery was made on the designated date by a helpful (third-party) driver. Having de-palleted the whole load I found very few broken or damaged bricks.

Hmmm. Telephone customer service was excellent, I would single out Paola for her care/assistance.
BUT I ordered 2000 bricks based the blended colour range in a website photo and received 5 pallets of bricks of a uniformly dark colour. The photo was completely mis-leading. We are only building a garden wall, so we will make do, but be aware that you might be disappointed.

Easy to order and the order delivered as promised within 4 days.
However the delivery charge is counted £70 per item and hence expensive if you order more than one.

Delayed delivery but made up for with good customer service
I ordered a pallet of bricks from here rather than a local merchant due to the significantly lower price, even when factoring in the additional delivery cost. I was given a delivery date approximately 5 days after the order date, however due to poor weather this was delayed. I received several calls to update me prior to the rearranged delivery date. The bricks arrived today and, whilst I have not unloaded the pallet, they appear to be in good condition. The driver was friendly and helpful, having just driven from Derby to Norfolk. I would order from here again
