i ordered bricks
i ordered bricks, then i wanted to exchange it, but they asked 180 plus vat. I requested to charge less money for transportation but they refused, that,s only big problem i faced, and I could not exchange the bricks.
Customer service is excellent. Rates are excellent. sample process is excellent.

11%+ breakages upon delivery
11%+ breakages upon delivery, was not really what I was expecting, but they turned up as predicted, not sure I would use again though as delivery was just dumped on the driveway with extra pallets I now have to dispose of.
All in all 3/10 for service.

For delivering goods, we use a third-party haulage company. They use a tail lift lorry with a manual pump truck for orders consisting of 1-4 packs. Due to this, the bricks have to be palletised for curbside delivery to allow safe offload.
We have checked your order and found that you purchased "Tumbled Brick". This is a unique brick created by a proprietary tumbling process. It gives the brick an old and weathered look while preserving its strength and durability.
We would be more than happy to assist you further on the matter, please send images of all broken/unusable bricks to our customer support team at support@brickwholesale.co.uk.
