Don't go here

Don't go here. The have a return policy that you get a voucher. I took a photo because these vouchers fade within two weeks. They don't accept the photo.
So basically, they are stealing your money. I'm convinced this is company tactics because this happens to everyone!

Worst experience ever with Brico.

Worst experience ever with Brico.
I bought a door from them, and before purchasing, I asked about the delivery and installation cost. The staff told me it would be around €120 for a simple door, but if the door size was slightly larger, it could go up to €200. I agreed with that, and they said a technician would visit my home the next day to take measurements.

Two weeks passed — no one showed up, and I called many times but got no response. I finally went back to the store (which is far from my house), and they apologized, saying they could come now to take measurements and that the installation could be done on October 23rd — 45 days later. Even though the wait was long, I agreed.

After 45 days, I went again to confirm the installation date because I didn’t trust their promises. Once again, they said they couldn’t come and postponed it another 15 days. To make things worse, they suddenly said the installation would cost €500 for a simple door!

I reminded them that they had originally quoted €120–€200, but they refused to honor it. I asked for a refund. This has been the worst experience ever — three months wasted with endless excuses, no clear communication, and no proper service. Even after that, they didn’t provide the quotation on time, and I had to keep visiting the store again and again just to get basic information.

Horrible shop and No customer service!!!

What is going on with this store?!?!

11 days ago, we ordered tiles for our bathroom, paid 79 EUR only for the shipping, which apparently will be delivered to the street and not to our home! The courier contacted us 2 days ago, promising he would come over that day, and till now, no one has come to deliver the tiles! We have been stuck at home for 4 days already because of this horrible service! Waiting for the shipment to arrive.

The store does not reply to emails or answer the phone. We are going to cancel this order and never buy anything from this bad Portuguese commerce!

horrible !

Title: Yet another nightmare – impossible to register or place an order properly

Brico Dépôt Portugal – another perfect example of how dysfunctional online retail can be.

I wanted to place an online order with home delivery, but there’s no way to register properly. No clear link, no instructions. You’re forced to check out as a guest, with no way to track or manage your order afterward.

I spent over two hours trying to figure it out. Total waste of time. No support, no guidance, no professionalism.

Just another exhausting experience with Portuguese commerce. Nothing works, and the customer is left completely on their own. I give up.

Received damaged goods

I order a cupboard, it arrived with two boards damaged.

The cupboard was extremely simple and easy to assemble but was disappointing that the product was damaged. I don’t have the time to return it or get a refund so had to make due but really not happy.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. You thought it's a big store, but you're just being cheated. Products are offered by companies from Poland, delivery times are given that aren't correct at all. Just excuses, no support, never again, absolutely not recommended

I bought a pellet stove online

I bought a pellet stove online. The stove gave an error and I sent an email / called immediately the number on the attached paper. He told me that Castelo Branco is too far and he did not have another colleague nearby. So emailing the headquaters: hey have NO service-attitude, they do not answer your questions properly, the ignore your specific questions, then they advice you to email Censat, their technical department. There they have the same non-service mantra. And they do not know Nuno Barbudo, the name that's written on THEIR brochure. They ignore their warranty obligation. The stove costed me only 750EU.
