I am bewildered by the rating for this company. My experience has been truly abysmal. Having received a defective product some weeks ago I have still been unable to resolve the issue with Bricoinn.
My many attempts to contact the company have been met with valueless automated responses, which appear to be their idea of customer service. Quite appalling and most frustrating. As at this moment I continue to persevere, which I find a dreadful waste of my time for a low value product.
I should have bought from Amazon and would have had an immediate no quibble refund.
UPDATE - Bricoinn promptly replied to the above review WITH ANOTHER VALUELESS AUTOMATED RESPONSE.

Would not refund destroyed product
Product arrived destroyed. The courier acknowledged total destruction, made a note on the delivery, and took it back. Bricoinn would not refund, made me complete many forms and wait for months with no response. I raised the issue with my bank but Bricoinn wouldn't reply to the bank either. Eventually bank forced a refund.

Despite that, subsequent update emails were in English and they kept me well informed of the progress of my order; also Bricoinn.com / Tradeinn offered the keenest price even after the delivery charge was added. Recieved boxes with wood spilters…
Recieved boxes with wood spilters sticking out everywhere and in really bad quality. And I can only return them if I pay 122 kr for the return slip. And I cannot make a request for returning them because it gives me an error everytime I try to send the request and the support team keeps saying I need to log in an and send the request which gives me an error - I'm in a loop where nothing helps.
