Purchased a heater that does not work,all emails sent to them were totally ignored.These people are total SCAMMERS.BEWARE.You have been warned.

This is not a fake shop. I have received my order wort 300 EUR after 1 week approximately with a delay of only 3 days.
The parcel was a bit weak in terms of damage prevention but basically all good.

BRIVCOWORK is a scam. Company cannot be reached and no response on emails for return of products and refund. I ordered and paid (25.05.2022) a cover cabinet for a BBQ gas tank (Armario resina guarda bombona de butano) which was delivered on 17/6/2022.
As it was not what I wanted (cheap plastic cabinet) i wanted to return the product. After several attempts (cannot reach them by phone) I received an email that the cabinet would be picked up. This has to date (24/7/2022) not happend and I have not been refunded.

December 2021 of 2 GARDENA Irrigation Sprinklers for the garden. On the website was the information available for delivery.
I contacted the company, who replied by email informing me that they were waiting for factory stock (end of December).
To this day I still haven't received anything.
They did not respond to any further emails.
I do not recommend!

Ordered 2 crespo chairs on October 21, 2021, and received them on Wednesday October 27, at Camping Raco in Benidorm.
Other reviews did not give me a good expectation, but nothing but praise, questions from me by email were answered quickly and clearly.
I will definitely order from this webshop again

Bought a Zibro RS 122 heater. Very good communication with the seller and shipment was very fast.
I was worried seeing bad reviews here, but everything went smooth with my purchase.

This seems to be a none existing company as I ordered and paid for a Karcher s750 sweeper at the end of May2021.I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company ( no reply to emails, none contactable phone numbers ) . Projected delivery date was 8/10 June, it is now July 5th and still no sweeper and no contact. They took payment immediately upon order and disappeared. BEWARE !! !!!

On April the 19th I ordered 2 sunlongers. I transferred my money via banking transfer. I emailed the company after just over a week as I had not heard anything. I waited on a reply but never received one..it was then that I went onto trust pilot and having read the reviews I was convinced the company was a scam. I tried to call the company but the phone rang out. I rang my bank to cancel the payment but it was too late. I then chanced the WhatsApp number and the guy messaged me straight away and showed me confirmation that my goods were in transit with Seur ( Spanish equivalent to DPD here in Ireland). He was very good to deal with. They arrived yesterday 29/4 to my relief so thought I should write a reply on trust pilot. The WhatsApp number is on their website. I have given 4 stars as the lack of communication on your goods in being delivered is very poor but the guy on the WhatsApp thankfully was brilliant!

This company is a scam, I purchased two sun loungers and the money was taken immediately but I didn’t receive any goods. They don’t answer the phone or emails yet they just keep taking peoples money. The authorities really need to close them down, my bank is now trying to retrieve the money I paid out.

Firstly, the advertise as brickwork.uk and then when you have paid they ship from Europe, which is not an issue usually, but now with the Brexit tax they charge you an additional 24%.

Refuse the goods and they don't reply to emails, no contact number available or answered, they are a complete nightmare and rip off.

This company seem legitimate but they are shysters and snake oil salesmen. Avoid at all costs! You have been warned.

I made a purchase with BricoWork and I was given a delivery date between 21st to 25th of January 2021. I did not receive my order by the 28th of February 2021. I sent several messages, made phone calls that rang out nothing was forthcoming. until I requested my bank to make a chargeback. This company is a SCAM. Please never deal with them, I will never again.

This is scam! Ordered and paid, no confirmation sent, never heard anything, product never delivered. Website at one point not accessible anymore, no option to contact anyone.

If I could give this Company zero stars that would be too much. I ordered at the end of January 2021, money taken out of my credit card within 10 minutes. Answered a couple of queries but wouldn't send shipping information. Needlessly to say I never received my goods. Full refund from my credit card company.
It seems that they have stopped trading.

Ordered from this company in January 2021.Still waiting for an answer to my emails.No answer from telephone number.Now mid February and still no response.Cash was taken out of account with five minutes of my order placed.

It’s been more than a month and I have not received the product. I have paid nearly 500£. DO NOT buy from here. I have sent multiple emails, made phone calls, even translated communication in Spanish! No response! Very bad experience.

Avoid at any cost #SCAMMER!!! Ordered workbench on 8 Dec as Christmas present. Seller ignored numerous calls and emails. Goods no show up to this day 7 Jan. No update. Scam 101%.
