Had an incredible experience

Had an incredible experiance with Bride & Alter. Special thanks go to Georgia for all her help, she was amazing. B&A helped me with a beautiful veil and same-day dress alterations on my wedding dress the week of my wedding. We paid a premium for the quick turnaround and it was worth every penny. They are very affordable and excellent quality compared to other knightsbridge based dress alterations that we used for other elements of the wedding. The customer service and support was exceptional and they made me feel really calm and supported during a particularly busy wedding week. Thank you again. I’ll recommend you to everyone :)

AVOID. Bad work, poor customer service, and untrustworthy

Really bad experience. They lure you in with one price, then change it half way through (and substantially), despite no change orders. What's worse, is their work is amateur, and they have no sense of customer service, particularly the director. Ended up having to go elsewhere to rectify the work they charged thousands for.
