My address had the wrong postcode with the correct address. Still no parcel after 5 weeks. Was swim wear - am just about to end my holiday!!! The tracking number provided is not recognised by Royal Mail - my money hasn't been refunded. Beware using this website.i won't use again having lost my money.

Cheap rubbish fabric, came from China although this purports to be a UK company.
Took weeks to arrive and then nothing like the advertised product. If I want to return it for a refund, I have to pay return postage to China!

Placed an order with this company 15th August believing that they were a UK company and thus my order would arrive quite quickly. I got an email next day saying my order had been dispatched. It transpires now from tracking info received today, 29th August that my order has just been dispatched from CHINA! Will NOT be using this company again.
