We are a small family run business based in the East Midlands, we offer lift service and maintenance contracts, as well as carrying out LOLER, PUWER and thorough examinations on a variety of lifting equipment along with an array of lifts ranging from dumbwaiters to passengers. We complete full lift modernisations to update any existing lift, offering customers the opportunity to bring their lift up to speed in line with the latest regulations ensuring all lifts are safe for daily use as well as offering a longer life span at affordable prices. At all times we offer very competitive rates and pride ourselves on not being beaten on price, whatever the circumstance we try to ensure all customers receive a high quality service delivered at a fair cost. Our service contracts range from a 2-12 visits a year, and also offer a fully comprehensive option, all of which include access to our 24 hour emergency call outs.

Really friendly and professional team

Really friendly and professional team. They always take the time to answer my calls and give me an explantation of any issues with the lift in the building. I would highly recommend then, you don't get many companies that offer this level of customer service anymore.

Very temperamental lifts

Very temperamental lifts. Currently the lift in our building has been down since January. They put posters up saying works will start this week and the lift fixed by the end of the week. However at the start of the week they have conveniently removed all the posters and unsurprisingly have not fixed the lift at all. This is on a pretty steady history of the same lift breaking on average once or more a month.

Fast Friendly Efficient Company

We have been using Bridge lifts for a while now, having swapped from OEM's and find their service to be far better and quicker than dealing with the OEM.

What a lovely team.

Made contact with Bridge Lifts as the company we usually use were unable to attend a breakdown on our main lift.
The engineer Matthew Taylor, attended within the hour, he was really friendly and a pleasure to have on site.
Very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. We will continue to use Bridge Lifts.
