i loved every bit of the course , it was fun and the staff was excellent , i would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to obtain the SIA certificate.

It was a great experience for me for the two days training which I must confess that I enjoyed and learned every aspect of the program. Conducive environment with good trainer .I’ll surely recommend your organization to friends and colleagues . Thanks for the great work. OBada.

Claudine and Walters are both instructors and two of the most amazing tutors i ever seen, Bridge Training UK experience was worth every penny i invested and the moments i would forever cherish. Thanks to you all, it was awesome and never regertful.

When I started the course I was a bit nervous but the staff made the learning experience interactive and very informative that so being nervous wasn't a worry after the first day.

Not once in 3 days did my teacher turn up on time, on day one told to get in at 08:30 but teacher didn't arrive till 09:30. Kept on about buying the CCTV class book which was £20. I have already paid over £200 for the course. The entire course seemed like it wasnt at all thought out. In the end I passed but only because I have worked in the industry for over 20 years and no thanks to the training course and teacher.

Everything was constructive and proactively done.l was very pleased with their approach in training very well taught and l really enjoyed well done

I had both of courses Door Supervisor and CCTV with Bridge Training UK.
I can say a big thank you to all the staff. Staff very friendly and professional. Especially to Claudine and Walters!
The courses are very well organized, good learning atmosphere.
The trainer Walters has very good and clear explanations with examples. I was really enjoyed in the courses.

I did the Door Supervisor course in January 2021.
Staff very friendly and useful, as the trainer, Wolly, was.

I did 4 days but, honestly, considering what we effectively did, 2 days would have been enough..considering all the (long!) hours of break we had.

If I could suggest few changes, I’d say really important to make considering my experience:

Not wait for the very last day, before completing the 4 days course, to go through the PHYSICAL INTERVENTION SKILLS, but actually do it from the day 1 to day 4.
As it could be, potentially, a life saving skill, dedicating just an 1 and 1/2 on the very last day to it, is definitely not enough..
I don’t know about the other 5 guys who did it with me, but I’ve personally forgot most of it, while I’m applying for jobs in the Industry and waiting to be contacted by someone for a job interview.

So..
..things that I liked:

- very friendly and useful tutor and office staff providing information..

Things that I didn’t like:

- impossibility to book the course on line as website, apparently, wasn’t updated and only dates available were still the 2020 ones.

- I paid £270 for the course, while on the company’s website the price for the entire course was £250.
I still don’t know why I paid £20 more.

- Not at all enough time dedicated to the PHYSICAL INTERVENTION SKILLS part of the course.

- I didn’t expect the training provider to find me a job as soon as I would have got my qualification, but I would have appreciated few tips about websites where to apply..As I tried to request this information, but I didn’t really get any answer about it.

And so, to finish, I don’t regret at all choosing this train provider, but few changes would need to be made, in my opinion.

Enjoyed every part of the course. Instructor was passionate about the course and encouraged everyone to participate. I recommend Bridge Training highly without any hesitation.

Well I had no idea about the company but after going through a lot of listed company, something just click in my thoughts about the Bridge Security. So i decided to give it a try and so everything seems great.
