Really fast service and it's the most beautiful bow! Looks fantastic and it has ice balance and the sound so far on a modern instrument is good but hoping to get a baroque cello soon.

After a long search, I finally found a replacement strap for my BAM viola case at Bridgewood and Neitzert. The price was very reasonable, and my order arrived in neat, secure packaging. Couldn't be happier—awesome service!
Website easy to manage: courtous and helpful response when I had to explain a mistake; strings arrived prompty.
From England to Italy: customs fees + delays at clearance, so be patient! Ordered 24/07/2025, arrived 12/08/2025—honestly, that’s fast!
A problem with my order was immediately and satisfactorily dealt with and I have no complaints

A single string, but it arrived quickly and securely packaged, with a full receipt.
Great choice of strings for bass gamba, strongly recommended. But parcel was lacking my phone number, despite it was on invoice. The delivery with customs clearance into EU took extra week because of that.
Strings exactly as described, prompt delivery as promised! Thanks
