Needs a hinge.

Ease of ordering, speed of delivery, condition of merchandise. . . all excellent.
My disappointment is with the design of the merchandise. It is VERY difficult to access the large packing space. There should be a gusset, or a hinge, or something to enable one to actually OPEN the packing space. As it is, one ends up fighting with the zipper and being unable to place things carefully (neatly folded) in the packing space. Too bad. Otherwise, a nice piece and a perfect size for placing under the seat of even a small airplane

I needed the add-a-strap ... and Voila ! ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I WAS surprised that to Mail the tiny envelope cost more than the strap itself 🤔?
But maybe USPS fees are more nowadays?

The time frame it takes to get the part…

The time frame it takes to get the part is an issue. Repair parts should be free but they are not. You say they are but no it does not cost 10.00 for shipping a handle. I am starting to ask myself is it really worth the cost of this luggage is it really starting to think not

Again Briggs and Riley hit a home run!

Again Briggs and Riley hit a home run! I purchased this large Simpatico collection bag and I found it to be light weight, very roomy inside and the locking mechanism super easy to lock (unlike other bags I had checked out).. I even later purchased a cover for my bag for when I check it for this bag will be staying with me for life!

Simply the best quality product on the market.

Before COVID 19 I averaged 8-12 flights per month. I traveled so much I was like a continuous test lab for luggage. Until I discovered Briggs and Riley I was where luggage went to die, would go through 3-4 bags a year. Number one rule of luggage failure is that it happens at the least convenient time. For anyone that travels Briggs and Riley is the absolute best product on the market. You can pay as much or more for other brand names that are far less functional and durable. Their lifetime repair guarantee is unparalleled and the confidence to be able to rely on their product in the most demanding conditions enhances the quality and enjoyment of traveling. B and R is not a label clique, it is simply the highest quality, most functional and reliable luggage available.

Simply the best

This is where excellent, well engineered products meet the highest level of customer service. This luggage is a long term investment. We travel for work and pleasure, these pieces are the best of their class.

Instructions?

The product is great. The customer service rep was excellent; however, after I made the purchase I call Briggs and Riley to see if my purchase could be upgraded to two day delivery at my cost. The service rep said that would not be a problem and stated it was upgraded to two day service and I would receive my order on Friday. Perfect, because I am leaving Saturday AM for a two week trip and I needed the suitcase. At approximately 4:30pm on Friday, I received a call from the service rep who informed that the shipping instructions were not followed and were changed back to a ground service and I would not receive my order till Monday. Two days after I am gone. Needless to say, I now have to purchase a another suitcase which I don’t want to use for my trip. So now this Briggs and Riley order, which I happily paid full price for, is now going to cost me another $250. I just expected that instructions would be followed to a “T” at these premium prices.
