I bought a treadmill via TikTok at Christmas . It worked for 2 weeks and began smelling of burning and then stoped working . I returned it and still have never received a refund . Disgraceful company . No customer service . Should be banned from selling on Tik Tok .. avoid and do not buy from them

Unfortunately we have to rate in order to review. Please avoid this company/ store be that via the internet or on eBay. They are not capable of handling more than 1 parcel to be delivered. For example I ordered 2 of the same items at the same address, from them on the same day on the order , however they seemed to have been dispatched separately, or so it seems, as hey had two tracking numbers . Upon following the tracking 1 of 2 items arrived on expected delivery date and on the parcel rather large and expensive it had two stickers with my details on saying 1of 1 and again 2of2 the delivery company stated it should be here by tomorrow ( Sunday) I waited till late on the Monday and nothing so I contacted this company, it took 3 eBay communications 2 official emails, 2 unanswered calls and then only then when I requested a refund or a tracking update did I get any communication... It simply was " The tracking information had been updated" it hadn't nothing had changed ... And again back to chasing them and simply saying I'd wish for this to be here as it was a gift of a wedding present gone , or a refund that I was sent a tracking number ( not mine ) and then yodel was delivery my parcel ... This company is a sham no apology no communication, give you another customer tracking information as I found out via yodel due to a complaint with the delivery driver , so unless you want to have items missing, delayed poor service, lack of communication no customers services and a company just out for greed then shop here , otherwise buy from elsewhere !!!
