it has been already week and the mirror has not been sent. (that what cdon.com says)
Asked from bright beauty vanity where is it, no one knows, they don't have data from the orders they had.
BAD customer service, chat is carbage. They have always excuse to leave the situation "colleaque will be in contact with 1-3 days" hang up the chat and no one will ever contact. What is the point in the chat if not getting answers??
No one answers emails, nothing.
DON'T use your money on this!!!! Worst customer service ever.

Lovely sized mirror
Lovely sized mirror, not too big but definitely not small, just the right size. 3 settings and each can be dimmed or brightened. Handy plug, it is European one but can be run through USB as well so no big deal. Can be screwed on a small stand that came with or hanged.

As clearly stated on all product pages, our items come with a two-pin EU plug.
Additionally the item you purchased was a pre-order (which you probably also did not read on the website even though it was clearly stated both under the price and in the second picture of the product).
This means the item is shipped when it is back in stock.
Taking this into account the delivery of your item only took three days.

It came without a 3 pin plug & took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered. When I contacted customer service about not getting a 3 pin plug they just said to return for a refund rather than resolving the issue.

Also you claim that the item took 3 weeks to arrive.
We can see in our system that you ordered on 10th of december and your item was delivered on the 22nd of december.
This means your item took less than two weeks to arrive instead of the three weeks you claim in your review.

Money was withdrawn from account days prior to shipment. No notifications on expected delivery. The received mirror is of mediocre quality. Especially the finish is a bit disappointing.
