Delivery took bit longer

So i ordered a pendant for my mom's milestone birthday and i was nervous because i usually let my sister handle jewelry gifts but glad i opt bright brilliance as the pendant itself was gorgeous, my mom cried when she opened. Its just shipping took longer than the estimate on the site as it says 5-7 days and ended up being more like 10days.

Gorgeous ring just slow shipping update

I ordered myself a moissanite ring for my girlfriend, and to be honest, the ring itself was amazing. The shine is crazy and she has never stopped wearing it after she got it. Undeniably, that’s a top-notch item and she receives compliments for it all the time.The only problem was with shipping. I received an email confirmation for my order but no further details until four days later when it finally reached my address. If they improve communication, the whole experience will be impeccable.

Website could be smoother

I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife and the quality exceeded my expectations.
Well the website experience wasn't quite seamless because the product pages took a while to load.
I would still recommend because of product quality alone.

birthday surprise for mom..

My mom's birthday was coming up and i was running out of ideas then my sister suggested i get her some nice jewelry, so i took a chance on bright brilliance and got her a diamond pendant.
