Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 117 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the items received looked completely different from the advertised promotional videos, citing serious issues with poor manufacturing quality. Reviewers also noted that they received cheap, non-retractable alternatives or missing parts instead of the specific high-value items they originally purchased. Some reviewers were not happy with the refund process, mentioning that customer support teams repeatedly offered small partial refunds. People additionally stated that returning unwanted items to overseas warehouses would be entirely at their own personal expense. Consumers felt trapped by these difficult policies.

FALSE SELLING COMPANY

I bought what was supposedly a Ultra Link Free WiFi Router ( UNLIMETED SATELLITE INTERNET ) from this company WHAT a total scam its nothing like they advertise and when contacting them they just said that was the fault of their marketing department which is still no excuse and to top it all when asked for a refund they insist you send it back to their warehouse in Vietnam at my expense !! and in in their own words in email back to me would be costly this is how they are praying on people knowing full well that the cost of return out ways the cost of item so you end loosing money on a heap of rubbish that is no good to anyone but the dustbin. This scam company needs taking down ASAP and stopped from advertising on all media formats such as FaceBook etc WARNING TO EVERYONE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . They also state on their advert for this router that I bought from them and I quote NO MONTHLY FEES BUY ONCE AND HAVE INTERNET FOREVER what a total lie !! 1 star to much for a company like this!!

These scammers MUST be stopped!

I see there are a lot of reviews on here. Has anyone been able to reach them. I want a full refund on the “Lavender Bunny”, it’s absolute garbage. This can’t end here. I’m wondering what other action we can take. They are continuing to scam people.

Tell BrightBuy you need a refund

Please, everyone burned by BrightBuy, contact them and demand remunuration. On this thread their mailing address is posted, so use power of the pen, or internet, or just call them with your order # handy. Don't let them give you BS about the dollar store AI dog has to be returned to China at your cost. Mine was posted from Dallas TX.

On the flip side of the coin, anyone looking for tie down straps, power tools, routers of the woodworking kind, a sawzall, drill, hammer or nails, wire welder, etc., I've had nothing but good luck with Harbor Freight. There's no middleman with them so their prices are low. Sure I go to their Baileys Crossroad store but they also deliver very cheap. Just be sure to check all their coupons first before ordering. Last time there, they weren't selling fake AI dogs. But I think they sell sweets at the checkout line. If you signup with them then special discounts apply.

Sad Situation

Well, first of all, I NEVER received my puppies. I ordered 2 of them for my little grandsons birthdays which are 15 days apart. I certainly am thankful that I did not tell them they were coming. I do not have my money back either. I will request it, however. This is sad how people don't be right with each other. The world would be a much better place if we did at least that, be right with each other!

I too fell for the fraudulent…

I too fell for the fraudulent advertising they had on Facebook and the internet. The puppy does nothing the video showed. I have emailed them repeatedly with no response and their return policy is a joke. Spread the word they are a FAKE and dishonest company. They don’t even deserve 1 start.

If I could give less then 1 I would definitely I ordered what they said was wifi router I received some shirt thing (probably so they could say package was delivered) I contacted them and they want to offer me"as a courtesy"and I could keep the item or donate the item but the item so small not even one boob would fit in it, they say 15% of my payment I said absolutely not I will accept nothing but 100% of my money back. They are more crooked than the letter z Don't give these people your money cuz you're not going to get what you order. And the thing is is I have pictures screenshots and everything to back up what I say so if anybody wants those I got them

AVOID

AVOID. Not even one star. I purchased from an advert on Insta, more fool me, and the product I got was in no way what was represented in the images. A scam company. They did after a while answer an email offering me a 10% refund but did not accept my offer to return the product at my expense for a full refund. I will keep emailing them. AVOID

Scam company! They advertise 100%Guarantee but refuse to honour it! Fraudulent advertising for Robot Puppy! It doesn't do ANYTHING as advertised! After MANY emails back and forth, they still haven't refunded my money! We should do a class action law suit to put them out of business!

Ordered two Ultralink routers based on the claims and photos on the online advertizement. What I received were 2 low-grade routers that were in no way close to the one shown in their ad. Nothing on the boxes identified the products as the "Ultralink" nor did the products themselves have any identifying labels or model numbers. Bait and switch scam...do not buy this item!

The backseat storage container, I ordered was areal piece of crap.I received only 1 ,instead of 2 that l payed54$ plus for. There display picture would indicate it was easily installed ,one piece unit with my car brand embossed on a cloth type material. Instead l received a hard plastic container ,no logo, and had many pieces to put together. Stay away from anything this company sells.

I had a frickin feeling

I had a frickin feeling! Now I’ve discovered the reviews. Yep, starting off with 15% return and keep product is the offer. What are my chances of a refund here? Of course they say I pay for shipping cost back to Asia when it was noted company is in Georgia, USA. I just want to return for full refund on this STUPID realistic robotic puppy which it isn’t. It’s a STUPID cheap plastic thing that does nothing it said it would. It’s not even worth wasting the 2 AA batteries required. I’ve seen wind up crap toys that work better. I score a minus -10!

Same happened to me

Same happened to me. Advertise a product then send something completely different. Offered a 15% refund instead of returning. Went up to 25% after another email.
This company is committing fraud and they don’t give a dam about it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Criminals BrightBuy lie

Criminals. Stay away

Mind Boggling how these criminals clearly have been doing this steadily.

I see another person that sadly fell for the same lie as myself. They offered a satellite/cellular internet router which is a product that does exactly that.
They send a $5 old wireless Access Point and when you write them asking for a refund as they stated money back guarantee they reply with canned answers.

They are listed as being at a residential address in Georgia.

I cannot imagine that is real.
