FRAUD!! Buyer beware, company offers one thing and you don’t get what you ordered. I also ordered the Rhino auto retractable ratchet strap and wound up with un unretrackable 1” strap with no hooks. Contacted them and they wanted to give me a 30% discount for them not sending me what I ordered. So I went through PayPal for a refund and they say I have to replace the item to Asia at my expense! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

What a scam. Ordered a ladies 2 pc lounge set, supposed to be from Nordstroms, what I got was very low quality, poor quality fabric, set worth about $5.00, not the $59.95 I paid. No real company contact info, the address given is a fake house in GA. Will contact my credit card company.

BUY SOMETHING AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE A 100% RETURN POLICY AND THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER JUST GETTING THE ITEM. CALLED AND THEY OFFERED 15% AND THATS IT. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND TRY TO GET A CHARGE BACK. STAY AWAY..

Only rating one star because less is not an option. Same bait and switch for ratchet straps. Same offer for partial refund. Scammers!!

They took my money and never sent the product. I tried to have the charge reversed via PayPal but they claim the items were shipped and suggested that I "check with my neighbors" about the location of the package.

Ordered four retractable loading straps for $94.00. Weeks later I get four poor quality retching straps without any hooks. Their explanation was that what I ordered was discontinued, and if I was not happy with what they sent I could get a 30% OFF on my next order or return them to China at my expense. After numerous emails back and forth with their "customer service center" in California. Nothing was resolved.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

Bright buy shows adds for Rhino retractable ratchet straps, then sends cheap non retractable (no manufacturing name) stating there was a safety issue with their retractable. Then says return requires you to pay shipping to China. Total scam! Bait and switch.

The advertisement on Facebook showed and said retractable ratchet straps like Rhino products.Finally after 6 or 7 weeks,cheap ones,not was advertised plus came from china.Not happy at all.Won’t purchase from bright buy again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM! I bought the retractable ratchet straps and I received two pieces of nylon that didn’t even have a hook on them!

Bought the v8 engine that was supposed to be assembled they sent a cheap model with no building required just a useless cheap model I’m beyond disappointed

Ordered retractable green heavy duty straps cost 94.00 sent cheap thin black straps without any hooks. False advertisement requested return label didn't get one to day return policy running out mailed to the only address i could find another 22.00. Kept calling and texting for a refund. They said 39%credit i will never order from them again im sure they dont even have the retractable straps. Finially they said half refund and if i didn't acept they would close the case. I had no choice but to accept. False advertisement and stealing

This company is a total scam. I bought a so called kit of a working Cison V8 engine for $70 and in return got a plastic model of the engine (non working) worth $5-10. They offered me a 15% return if I keep it. Why are these comapnies allowed to opearte?

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. Ordered retractable straps. What came was not what was advertised and they offered 30% refund. DO NOT ORDER. Came from China and they used the Rhino ad.

I as many others purchased the retractable ratchet straps and received non retractable straps. Actually to make matters worse they are only half of regular ratchet straps. Have reported them to the FTC and California attorney general’s office. As I may never receive a refund, I’m just hoping they can be stopped from screwing over another person.

I ordered 4 0f these retractable ratchet straps. What they sent me were 4 ratchet straps that were not retractable, no hooks. They were junk. I called brightbuy and they said they were having problems with the retractable ratchet strap's.the straps they sent me i could buy at our local hardware store for a lot less money. DO NOT order anything from this company. They should have refunded the full amount

I would give them a 0 if possible. The shipped me a cheap product that was not what was listed and now they say I have to send it back to Asia at my cost. Could have bought the same thing at Harbor Freigjt for $4. Or free with purchase. Not what I ordered

This is a total SCAM! I ordered a work V8 engine model. It is meant to be a build kit, it not! I have raised an issue with PayPal. This company billed it via Bombay Clothing. If they don't do anything, will also raise it with AMEX as that's the card used.

Absolute Scam! The advertisement for the product, in this case 'whitening toothpaste' was NOT AS DESCRIBED. It contains a toxic ingredient called Sodium Laurel Sulphate. I asked to return the items which were unopened and the reply was that I could receive a 25% refund or return the package at my cost and that it would be significant because the company is out of Asia. When I subsequently looked at Trust Pilot I saw hundreds of 1 star reviews stating that this company is scamming people with various products. Lesson learned.
