Total Ripoff ratchet straps were just regular straps not the retractable like they advertised. Total false ads. No phone # and now see Website Under construction..SCAM SITE

Took almost a month to get here and when it did, it was NOTHING like what I ordered!!!
Plus it was missing parts.
I tried to go on the website and was told it was not protected.

This is a terrible company, we received the wrong item(s). No way to return or get money back? From reviews this appears to be normal. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Anyone have any luck with this situation?

I ordered trackable straps and got two nice ones but I waited another month and got 8 straps with no hooks and cheap. Don't buy anything from them. Check the Internet first. Brightbuy beware.

Advertised one thing and sent a cheap plastic item instead. When I asked for a refund I was told it would be too expensive for me to send the item back to china and offered me 15% refund what a SCAM!
How can a company with this many negative reviews still be able to advertise their crap items!

The ratchets sent were cheap and NOT retractable. They advised I would have to pay to send to Asia or accept 15% refund. I am so tired of companies being allowed to do this after the fact. If they had at least sent what they promised, I wouldn't need the refund.

I ordered retractable ratchet straps. It took forever to get them and then when they came, they were not retractable, some cheap straps with no ends, they are worthless. And I spent $94 for something I can't even use!

What was received was nowhere near the product that was advertised on Facebook. Do NOT buy anything from this alleged "company." The retractable ratchet tie-downs were a complete waste of money for shoddy, cheaply-manufactured goods that are worth pennies on the dollar.

Bright Buy- Ordered the retractable ratchet straps off Facebook page advertisement. Looks nothing like the advertisement when received. Missing hooks and was just reg manual ratchet style. Very light weight, cheap nothing like the advertisement video in fb.

Has anyone actually gotten a refund from this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Georgia. Ordered retractable ratchets and got cheap knock off with no hooks. They offered 15, 25 then 35% refund. After arguing with them they said if I sent back to Viet Nam and sent my tracking I would be refunded. Anyone receive their money back?

Bright Buy is a complete SCAM! DO NOT purchase anything from them. I think if social media platforms allow these companies to advertise, they should be held accountable. They never shipped anything until 40 days after I ordered, then they sent basic ratchet straps, not the retractable ones they show in their ads.

Got the panda bear and feel alot mislead showing it seemed like it ran on batteries and it really cuddled with you this is a waste of my money. Very unsatisfied with product and so is my granddaughter

Purchase ratchet straps in November finally got them on December 31 of 2025 and they were not the straps that was shown in the advertisement of $54.90. They were cheap ratchets that didn’t even have hooks on them.

If I could give minus 100 I would! This is a scam! I got two tie down ratchet sets and they are cheep knockoff! The only thing we could tie down might be on chair on the back porch! Please don’t fall into this!

I would also give a negative number if I could. I purchased what I thought was the retractable rachet straps and received not even regular rachet straps. They don't even have hooks or anything with them. I would have gotten better ones at the dollar tree. The guy tried to give me some bull____ story and I told him I wasn't falling for it. They ripped me off and I have been arguing with them for 3 days about a full refund. They offered 15% and then a 25% refund and I told them to shove it and give me back ALL MY money and be done. They will not budge. Do not order off fb or with this company ever. False advertisement!

If I could do a negative number I would. I got scammed is all that is to it. I paid 75.00 for a 5.00 ratchet. DO NOT buy or get scammed from this company!

This company is as rip off joke! Ordered 2 packs of 2 retractable ratchet straps and received 2 cheap straps that looked like they bought them and took them out of the package and and shipped them to me, 1 month after I ordered. While keeping my money. Only offered a small % of a refund when questioned them by email. They stated that the product was discontinued. Definitely a bait and switch and the company does not hold up to their disclaimer. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company

I ordered Brightbuy’s stuffed panda bear for $30 + $5 for shipping. They use AI in their advertising showing a very nice large size bear hugging people claiming it helps relax, comfort or heal you, etc. What showed up the day after Christmas even though I ordered it December 6th was a small horribly made stuffed animal that does nothing. When I attempted to return it the company first offered a 15% refund or about $5.00, than after I complained they offered $7.50, so I would be out $27.50. From what I see this is how they make money by selling trusting customers garbage and then trying to pay people off and keep the balance. TOTAL FRAUD!!! This company is in ASIA, please never buy from them. Horrible quality, misleading ads, terrible customer service, etc. LOOK UP THEIR AD FOR THIS ITEM AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN. WHAT YOU GET IS A PRODUCT YOU WOULDNT GIVE TO YOUR DOG. Total garbage!!!

I ordered an AI pandy, and what I received was a cheap, poor quality stuffed toy! It was not as advertised, the toy was not AI at all! Very misleading advert on Facebook. DO NOY BUY from this company!

I purchased some tie downs that were advertised as similar (not the same but similar) to the Rhino retractable tie downs. The crap I just received in the mail are not retractable and the same tie downs I could have gone to a hardware store and purchased. Not to mention it took over a month to get them. I tried to cancel the purchase, but never received a response from them. Giving me a 10% discount offer (only if I email them the request) isn't going to make things any better.
