I ordered the “Upgraded 2025 Retractable Ratchet Strap” after seeing a very convincing promo video, but the product I received did not match what was shown. The build quality was poor and functionality disappointing.

Shipping was prompt and the order process was smooth, but overall I feel misled by the advertising. Just a word of caution to future buyers—look into reviews first.

Received a ring I never ordered. I never even visited their website, let alone order anything from them.
I read up about how these kind of companies send out unsolicited items, then use your details to leave good reviews for themselves.
Welp, they need them by the look of it. A straight line off 1 star reviews, mine would be 0 though if it was allowed…

Bought a satellite Internet router with free unlimited access it's a total scam what you get is an ordinary router. Wish I checked this out on trust pilot first. Other people say the same thing with other products.
After 7 days a received a fund of $7, after complaining.

so i ordered a wind movement and by the picture it looked large! but got in mail and it is VERY flimsy and very SMALL!! i will never fall for their lies again.

They advertised a V8 engine which you could build from all parts supplied as a working model. What arrived was a piece of molded plastic that resembles an engine. They will not refund me and said if I sent it back, they are not at the address shown on the packing slip. This has happened many times with others. This is a criminal organisation who perpetrate this scam through Facebook. On any account, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL CERTAINLY LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Company is a piece of crap. Routinely advertised a product then ships a cheap piece of junk. I complained and they offered me 30% off my next purchase. Yea right, I’m g on onto do that. Disappointed that Facebook allowed them to sell thru their site. I will not order thru a facebook link anymore

Ad showed one product and they sent me a different product will not give me a total refund unless I send the product back at my cost. This company is a total scram. Do not buy from this company.

I don't even give them one star. I ordered this attachment for a weed eater. It was a 7-day guarantee, but when I tried to return it unused, they said the 7 days were up and I couldn't get a refund or an exchange. What kind of crap business is going on here? Almost $40.00 gone and I'm on a set income. Scammed/crooks

I ordered retractable ratch straps. These were expensive, around $60.00 for 2 straps. Today, I received my long awaited package and what I received are two regular straps that I could have picked up from any warehouse store for $15.00. So not happy! What a scam!

They advertised a fully functioning small scale V8 engine.
They delivered a poorly painted plastic casting slightly representing a small scale V8 engine.
Obviously a scam.

I ordered an engine from this company when I received it it was not what I wanted, it was just a plastic engine it was supposed to be put together . I asked for a refund they told me they would give me 15% of my money this company is not honest they take your money .

Id give zero if i could... Ordered an art book for my daughter, 6 weeks later still not arrived.

Like others, I did not research properly, so my fault for falling for the "realistic working engine model kit" Received an engine sort of looking thing that looks like it was molded from cheap plastic with zero moving parts and painted by a blind person.
I am now holding my breath for a refund through PayPal.

It's a scam company based in vietnam. Do not fall for these criminals. Why are they still allowed to fraudulently operate?

They advertise Free Unlimited Internet and sent a cheap wifi router.

Use the name Protech limited on Paypal

Trys to con you by saying you have to pay return postage to Asia when they are based in America.
