I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Brightcode Software Services Pvt. Ltd. They were highly unprofessional from the beginning. They took a 50% advance payment but failed to deliver the work as agreed.

I hired them for website designing, but they never followed my requirements. Instead of understanding my product and needs, they designed the website according to their own ideas. As a result, my time and money were wasted—nearly 10 days with no meaningful progress.

I requested corrections around 10 times, yet they never implemented what I asked for. Their main focus seemed to be chasing the remaining payment rather than completing the job properly.

Overall, I do not recommend this company due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver according to client requirements.
