This company would be the worst I have…

This company would be the worst I have ever uncounted.
I have been waiting for about six months for a loan only to be rejected with no explanation.
I have never been refused credit, but they refuse to tell me why on come sort of security, absolute BS.
Pity there is a no star rating.

What did you say

I applied for a loan with Brighte recently and can agree with the reviews I have read here. They would be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had trouble communicating, their employee's english was poor and made the whole process stressful.

We got solar and battery a year ago 28,000 worth payed it off in year no late payments was told we could get another as good client we moved applied again to get a battery for our new home was rejected for less 17,000 plus get payed more now than what we did with first loan plus don’t pay rent or mortgage of water no existing loans or bad credit

This company’s service is an absolute disgrace, a masterclass in incompetence and indifference. My application was summarily rejected with a curt, impersonal email that offered zero explanation—just a cold, hard denial. When I dared to ask for clarification, they had the audacity to claim the reasons were "confidential." Excuse me? This is MY information, and I’m entitled to know why I was turned away! The refusal to provide answers is not only infuriating but also reeks of shady practices. Worse, this unexplained rejection will likely ding my credit score, adding insult to injury. Customer service? More like customer sabotage. Every interaction felt like wading through a swamp of arrogance and unhelpfulness. This company doesn’t deserve a single star—it deserves a warning label. Steer clear unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

How do they have a licence.

How do they have a licence.. Allowing a tenant to obtain finance and a payment plan for multiple properties they do not own..
We had some solar installation done at 2 properties side by side, neither owned by the tenant, and now have to deal with getting them removed and damage repaired. The owner has poor English skills and has been completely taken advantage of by Brighte Capital.
Called the company and told to just lodge a complaint.... Sounds like something that may happen often.
Stay away..

Everything seemed ok
I recently rang and was sent a payout figure as I requested.
I paid off the finance before the due date in the letter they sent me. An automatic payment was deducted from my bank account a couple of days later. Two days after that I was reimbursed less than what they took out with no explanation. I questioned them about this, and was told it is for account-keeping fees!
It is only a few dollars - but how many people do they do this to?

Applied and denied application and given no answer as to why, day 1 asked for payslips, I earn over 8K a month, loan for batteries at just $147 a fortnight - currently pay more for electric that would more than cover the loan - No phone call, just denied email. When asked for details, I was told they couldn't provide me with confidential information. THAT information IS my own information! This will impact credit rating. Not happy at all with the service. Absolutely terrible Customer service Avoid avoid avoid.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst,
First the company represent was misleading and the monthly payment was double the original amount.
They achieved this by making payments fortnightly rather than monthly.
The next catch is charging account keeping fee every time you make a payment.
The final straw is constantly receiving threatening texts and more charges.
I will never use this low life company again and recommend you don’t either.

We had issues with our credit card (it was cancelled due to a scamming attempt) because my husband
's name was the only name put onto the contract - even thought I asked for my name to be on there. We have had to make multiple calls to try to give the card number. The original payments were set up on my card and now I have to have authority to make a payment on my card. Such a waste of my time and it is still not sorted. Most companies would be grateful for the payment

I cannot fault the product at all but the company Brighte is not a company id like to deal with again.

Ive had my filters and RO system relocated on two occasions and doing so was an absolute pain in the ass to get this done. Not only was it very expensive which wasnt the problem, Brighte showed complete incompetency in arranging this to happen on both occasions. They are terrible at answering the phone, no urgency or care to help get this done which pissed me off as i hate showering in an drinking tap water.

Lastly, Brighte marked my credit file due to late fees. This happened as I changed bank accounts and funds werent able to be withdrawn. Yes its my responsibility to inform them of the changes but due to personal reasons this wasnt on my mind. They contacted me to chase up my late payments but id hang up on them every time as i thought they were another scam or telemarketing agency trying to take my money. I receive multiple calls daily from scams so i immediately thought Brighte was another one as I had no idea Brighte was the company behind Complete Home Filtration. Ive tried to have this resolved with them and they arent willing to fix the problem. So if you are looking to clean your water dont use this company, Go buy the same filters and RO system on Alibaba and save massive dollars.
The same home system with RO included will set you back roughly $400-$500 instead of 5.5k with Brighte and less headaches.

Worst customer service ever….

Worst customer service ever….. so regret ever getting a loan with these people. I set up my direct debit two acvounts but every payment day it isn’t working. Tried to update details online but couldn’t figure out how stupidly called ….. explained situation and asked to check and update bank details…. One account was in correct. So I asked him to change the direct debit automatic account the guy asked me “ why do I want to do that” . I gave up. He said I have two account portals. And yep I do one that says I can borrow money and the other where I have the loan..So every time I try to log in I get taken to the you can borrow money one… the only time I get the correct one is when I follow the sms link telling me I need to make a payment or I will get charged for not making payment on time!!! And that link only lets me make a payment not actually look at my account! BUT the real sting is my bank account is there already and I just click on it to make a payment so WHY can’t it just direct debit??? So I messaged and they can see this but don’t know why it doesn’t work and just wait and see if it works next time…..oh my lord…, so is this how they make money ???? Stuff around with direct debits hoping you miss a payment and they can charge a fee??? Who knows but customer service calls can’t understand me and I struggle to understand them….

Less than one star

Less than one star. I have never experienced such a difficult customer service team to deal with. Every interaction has been extremely painful and irrational. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Brighte Solar Panels

We had the solar panels installed at the end of April. Since then, we have no hot water during the day until about 2.30 - 3pm.
Be aware you will not only need to make the repayments on the solar panels each fortnight, but also keep paying an electricity bill as well.
Cold showers are no fun in winter!
