I was sent to go for a MIAM by my solicitor and didn’t really understand mediation at the time. Rebecca and her team guided me through one of the most challenging times of my life with such empathy and professionalism. Having the mediator there didn’t just help us reach agreements,they helped us communicate better which has started to make a big difference for our children. We also accessed the £500 voucher and saved so much on court fees.
The process was clear and I felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about helping us move forward in a positive way.
They truly live up to their name.

I contacted the service after recommendation and I was impressed with their knowledge and how quickly we were seen. We resolved a wider family issue with a number of relatives in 2 sessions (things had been tough for years). Some times having a 3rd party there who can keep it balanced makes all the difference. Great mediation service.
