Final Update:
As promised, now have a final update for those reading reviews before ordering. It was not the smoothest of journeys but it is only fair to recognise a seller who provides outstanding Customer Service. All too often these days it's about the sale and no aftercare - totally different here. I would recommend them and would re-order as despite a couple of gaps, their communication has been quick and faultless and they have delivered 100% on everything promised - above and beyond in the true sense of the word. Thank you. Excellent service!

Update: Pinged once more and they have shipped and delivered- once I can check them I will update again.

Not good experience - no actual shipment after issues with their website - took the money but didn’t ship - not sure why they don’t respond but would not recommend - sorry but will revise this if they contact else will have to do a chargeback to get my money back- plenty of other places to shop. Shame as seemed good up to placing order

I ordered the item, nothing arrived and then I was refunded 4 days later. I received no confirmation or communication at time of purchase or at the time of the refund. The email asking me for a rating is the only email I received from Brightex Led. So unfortunately I cannot say that the experience was a positive one.

The only good thing was the message service on the website, as the representative was able to help me find that the order had a problem and would not be delivered. However this would have been better if I’d been kept in the loop via email, rather than have to contact the company myself.

Our order of a 6ft light fitting got 'lost in the post' and then the item was out of stock. Not yet received a refund or email explaining. I only know as I chased via their website chat.

Was testing the electrics in a house with lots of down lights in & when I had a look they were made by brightex, so I made a note of all the details numbers & anything written on them in order to find out if they were fire resistant, there was no marking on the lights saying they were. Went to brightex website & found two very similar lights one was fire resistant the other wasn't. After a while studying the pics I still couldn't make out which were the ones I'd been testing so I phoned the contact number on their website. No one answered it went to Vodafone answer machine. I left a message, no one got back, tried the auto thing on their website, instant reply it said, but it just froze. So I sent an email explaining I'd had trouble trying to contact them. I got a friendly reply within minutes telling me the best way was to send a picture, I replied with all the information I had from the light, but got no reply the following day I sent another message saying I couldn't send pics, but still no reply so I have no honest way of knowing if they are safe for the customer & there are 32 in the downstairs section of the house.i am annoyed that they are unapproachable &don't care about their products after they've sold them.

Update: I have been contacted by the company & had help determining the type of fittings I had, now my problem is solved, thank you, I have upgraded the one to three stars for the successful outcome.

Totally amazing service from Brightex, their chat line being superb. The ordered items were dispatched on time to be delivered on my chosen day. Sadly, due to the extremely poor service from DX I'm still wating and have been told it will be delivered tomorrow...3 days late! Such a wonderful company and service marred by poor delivery. That said, Brightex are excellent and I will continue to use them them I can.

Because I was so satisfied with my previous purchase of batten Lights from Brightex I ordered 12 more 50W ones to share between myself (to upgrade our lighting) and my son for his loft.
Excellent value for money, much brighter at 6,000 lumens than other sellers. Nice long cable & easy installation.
My only niggle was that I found it difficult to know which ones were cold light and which daylight. It turned out that the distinction was indicated by a very small tickbox on the side of the package - silly me for not noticing it :-)

The product that I bought led 6w led gu10 states 25000hrs life expectancy but within 2 months they seem to be not lasting so did the second purchase of the same led light bulbs and already gone off not happy it doesn’t do what’s stated on manufacturer product information I don’t recommend

Easy to use website, good range of products, competitive pricing for quality offered, prompt delivery.
Product itself - led batten - well made, long fly lead, very effective, 2 x 6 foot battens used for a 240 sq ft garage, like daylight!

Fast delivery and great product, really bright and even across panel. No flashing on power up and driver does not get too warm. Panel does get warm, not had time to measure it but it is not overly hot. Great price as well!
