Brought an iPhone 15 from them last month . Turns out it was not suitable or serviceable in the UK market as it was a US phone and I would never be able to get support or a repair in the UK market. Do not trust these dodgy sellers .

I brought a Samsung Galaxy tablet from them back in September as a gift it hasn’t been used for few weeks so I charged it to take out to use for my son and lt wouldn’t turn on so obviously I tried a different charger as you would still nothing.
So I contacted them on Amazon where I bought it brand-new and got told have I tried a new charger I mean who wouldn’t. They won’t do anything because apparently you only get a one month warranty. With them even tho I said it’s faulty. They told me I have to go take it to somewhere else to be looked at.
 I proceeded to tell them under the customers Law that you have six month warranty that has to be covered by the seller not the customer I never response was why can’t you respect our policy Absolute joke now the are ignoring me
I wouldn’t even give them one star . 

Purchased a Samsung galaxy flip 4 on amazon from these cowboys lasted 2 months I would expect more for £300 .. they would not do anything about it absolute rip off merchants

I have ordered a renewed iPhone 14 plus on their Amazon store and received an empty box with just a charging plug inside

Try again as my last review taken down,crooks and amazon facilitate it as well,just spoken to Amazon and they state brightgadget stated they only received back a black cable...o the lies

I ordered an official Sony Data Cable but was sent the wrong one by Brightgadget initially. I communicated with them by email and returned the goods. I was furnished with the right cable in a timely and efficient manner, and was impressed with Brightgadet's professional handling of this situation. Thank you Bridghtgadget.
