What a bunch of cheats

What a bunch of cheats, I order what they described as a blood glucose meters they duly arrived in a box marked blood glucose monitor but on opening I found that both boxes contained pulse and oxygen sensors. Not helpful to me with my diabetes so I contacted them sent photos etc. they replied that I got what I ordered which anyone with basic intelligence could see was not so. No refund I was told trade description act should cover this I’m thinking.
