Great customer service and exchange policy. Shipping a bit strange. Shipped DHL from Rochester Hills MI south on I-75 through Toledo passing within a few miles of my local post office on its way to DHL sorting facility in Stow Ohio south of Cleveland. Was in Stow for 2 days before being passed to USPS. USPS picked up package and took back to Toledo on its way north on I-75 to the USPS sort facility in Pontiac Mi about 10 miles west of Rochester Hills. The original starting point. The package was here for couple days then on its way south on I-75 for the second time to USPS receiving facility in Toledo. From here it went to my post office and finally got to me after 6 days. Total distance traveled about 500 miles. Rochester Hills to me about 65. I wasn’t in any hurry so doesn’t matter if this was the least expensive shipping. Seems extremely inefficient. Overall, pleased with Bright Life experience.

Also, the site has helpful information on how to care for your garments and when they should be replaced.

Brightlife is an excellent company. Customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Prices are good and returns or exchanges are easy. It’s not very often that you get such great personal service from a real human who gives you the time needed. I buy all of my garments and accessories from them. They carry most brands and although some people mention the cost, high quality materials are crucial for me when purchasing compression gear because they’re easier to put on and remove and much better for my skin. You get what you pay for and when it comes to ease and comfort it’s worth spending more.

I have always been able to speak with a real live person at BrightLife who knows their brands and stock, and have had any questions answered with courtesy and expertise. My orders always arrived promptly and the order is filled correctly. What more could you want? These folks are great!
I'm not sure what the negative reviewer is talking about, and wonder if s/he was referring to this company.

I purchased 2 compression socks and returned same day. Never opened, ended up not needing. I had used Affirm payment service to pay, as these things are extremely overpriced. $133 for 2 socks is wild. Amazon has same/comparable options for over half the price. After returning the product and receiving my refund, Affirm has me still owing $19. I reached out to BrightLife as to why the full refund wasn't given back? "For return requests, please know that we do not include the shipping fee you paid for your order in our calculation of your refund. Also, our prepaid USPS return shipping labels are $6.95 and since you used our label, your refund amount was deducted with this amount"

HUGE SCAM, was never told upfront using their return label provided from them would cost me money. Even if there was fine writing somewhere and I agreed to this, shady slimy business practice that isn't customer service friendly. They only care about money and overcharging insurance companies I guess, not the individual. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE JUST USE AMAZON SAVE OVER $100

The products are great! I got the Allegro socks. They are comfortable albeit a little scratchy. I had a great customer service experience. I wasn’t sure which size to get because my shoe size varies between 10-11. I ordered large socks but they were too big. The customer service representative was super helpful when I called for an exchange. He told me exactly where to measure my ankle and we realized I was a medium. The return shipping was free and the new socks came quickly! I would recommend this company to anyone!
