I've been dealing with BrightLife Direct for years and I've always been more than satisfied with every transaction. The customer service has been outstanding. Keep up the great work and you have a customer for life.

Easy to navigate website. Quick response from customer service if you use chat and they are very knowledgeable. I asked what would be in my size & style, and told them my budget. They took the time to do the research and make a recommendation - it would have taken me a lot longer, and lots of frustration, to get that information

I always shop on bright Life Direct for my favorite brand of compression stockings because they are a quality product for an affordable price. They are excellent for reducing my swelling in my legs and ankles. They last and I wear them daily. I feel Bright Life is a reliable site to buy from since I have done so a number of times already. Excellent customer service and will respond quickly to any questions I have.

Customer service was superb! I had to return a couple of my selections for an exchange and received terrific advice on what to purchase instead, first via phone, and then via text for a final few questions. The stockings work exactly as I requested and they are comfortable!

The description does not match the product . I ordered tubigrip shaped support bandages knee length. In the U.K. we can only buy support bandages that are not shaped . I was recommended shaped support bandages that have a shaped foot. I could only buy these outside the U.K. so I ordered from Brughtlife. However I have received straight tubigrip support bandages. I ordered 3, paying £39. I could have bought 3 for £7.50 in Boots. I have been ripped off and sold things that don’t match the description !

I called this morning to speak to a representative regarding expedited shipping. After holding a short period of time, a message played stating all representatives were busy and to call back later. I went ahead an ordered the compression sleeve an line and selected the 2 day delivery. The anticipated delivery date was 9/13/22. I am flying out of the country that night and need to take the sleeve with me. I hoped the package arrived before I left for the airport. At around 11:45A I missed a call from customer service following up on the call I had made earlier. They left a message saying if I had question to call back. I did and had the pleasure of speaking with Diane. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way the order could be shipped today. This way I would receive the package no later than Tuesday. She found my order number and marked it as high priority. She also messaged the warehouse requesting they pull the order and ship it today. She received a quick reply with thumbs up. I have since received the tracking number from Fedex. She went above and beyond to assist me. She was professional, kind and did everything in her power to get the package shipped today. She is an outstanding example of what Customer Service is. She clearly understands the mission statement of your organization. I work in a business where Customer Service is a priority and understand what an asset she is for your organization and what a wonderful person she is. I really can't thank her enough. JMG

Between customer service and wide selection, I give them 5 stars. Their staff have always been willing and able to help me pick the best products for my needs. Shipping is prompt and reliable. Their list of products range from low-cost-but-good basic compression socks, etc. to the very best of high-end products. When there has been a problem with fitting, their return policy is easy and quick. I've never been made to feel bad about returns or exchanges when they have been needed. I appreciate their frequent sales on products I use. I will remain their loyal customer.

The compression hose I needed was easy to find on their site. Because I had the box from a previous order, it was very helpful. My order arrived promptly and in good condition.

Three gauntlets were exchanged without me paying to ship them back. They were too small and cut off the circulation of my fingers. One had ripped a little and they took it anyway.

Excellent product - highly recommend, but shipment was by DHL Donkey (13 days).

First time I have used this provider, and I was impressed with their communication regarding a backordered item. One of the two items ordered was not in stock, but they shipped the items that were in stock right away. The backordered item arrived within a week. I was totally pleased with this provider and plan to use them again.

I could not be happier with this company and their products. The compression hose I purchased are great in my career as an RN. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Whenever I have had any problems with fit or trying a new product and it ends up not being right for me, their assistance in returns has been phenomenal! In all my experience with online shopping and returns, they have been the very best at communication and easiest return experience.

Always fast shipping. Always great customer service. The Allegro brand fits my wife perfectly, does the job of compression very well for her and the price is much better than the other brands (though they have the others as well for those that prefer).

BrightLife website is easy to use. The product I chose was delivered in a timely manner, and is as described on the website. The stockings I ordered and received are well made and the cost was a fair one.
