My experience has been wonderful! First I wanna say their customer service has been exceptional, easy to work with, easy to talk to and always very professional.
I have lost 120 pounds using Trizepitide through BrightMeds. By using this program, it has given me back my energy, confidence, and ability to keep up with my grandchildren. I am extremely happy with this program and recommend them.

Almost perfect. You can talk to a human!
I went through the process and ordered the medication and had my visit with their provider. Received meds first month, but since I live in a state other than NY or OH, I was told I have to order 3 months at a time through a different pharmacy. Same price, just 3 months at a time. Not a big deal, and customer service called me with apologies and explained everything to me, the rep was very kind. So I’m leaving 4 stars because it’s still a fair deal and they will communicate with you directly. If anything changes, I’ll update.

Not the least expensive option, but the best service. Have been using Brightmeds for GLP1 therapy for 2 years. Hit all weight, cholesterol, VO2 max, and risk reduction goals on compounded tirzepatide. The ultimate convenience using telehealth and text messaging for any clinical or logistical issues. It is worth it to have the flexibility to get care without having to give up any of my time to get it done. Able to do health questionnaire while riding in car or at 1AM if desired. I shopped around with a couple of other services, and BrightMeds was the clear winner - and not just for their great customer service.
