BEWARE!! SCAM SITE

I should have come here to check before I clicked on this scam site. I clicked on the checkout for a bottle, and then when it stopped me to click on the super offer of 9 bottles for a much cheaper rate, I didn’t click and just check out to pay. To my horror, it came out to be 15 bottles altogether billed to me at AUD$900! This is scam in the highest form. I didn’t even receive any notification of my order nor any information of the delivery at all. They should not be allowed to advertise in Instagram to scam more pple trying to buy supplements from a Dr Cohen Rubbish!! It is scam in the broadest daylight!!! NO PRODUCTS AND MONEY SCAMMED BY THESE SCOUNDRELS> THEY WILL GET THEIR KARMA VERY SOON!!!!!!!!!

Creepiest Scammers I've Ever Encountered

This company is part of a stable. It is a really revolting scam outfit. So watch out for the others. That will be a stable full of horseshit. Not just dodgy, a complete and utter scam. Just one example for now. I ordered one of their products and clicked Checkout. I was taken to one of those 'Don't leave yet' pages with a so-called Special Offer to be clicked on. In small type at the top of the page was a warning NOT to click Back or I'd "possibly" be charged double. I didn't click. But I was charged extra anyway, and auto-checked out without clicking on anything else. In Canada we call this FRAUD. Then ensued the creepiest, nickel and dime refusal to refund what I had been charged. Yes I got a partial refund. But if I got my rate of pay for the time I've had to waste on these thieves, I'd be a few hundred dollars richer. They lie, shift the blame to the victim and pretend to have absolutely no idea what a bank statement is all about. Oh, and by the way, the FDA has slammed them for lying about their products numerous times.

Having been diagnosed with Hashimoto…

Having been diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis two years ago, after a sub clinical thyroid issue for years, I needed to change to a different supplement due to my increasing TSH and antibody count.
After 105 days on this supplement, my bloods showed a decrease in my TSH (although still elevated) and one of the two antibodies was in the middle of the normal range, the other had dropped substantially
( still out of range).
I will repeat my bloods after another 6 months on this supplement and report back!
My energy levels, increase in hair growth and better sleep patterns have also been experienced.

Thyroid Renew - Bright Natural : The product I purchased did nothing for…

The product I purchased did nothing for me after 30 days , despite claims on their website that this product would help significantly to improve thyroid function….when I asked for a refund, bright naturals denied to refund my money and would not accept return of the remaining 5 bottles …. I would NEVER recommend this company or any products based on this customer service experience.

This company deserve a zero

This company deserve a zero. It is so difficult to cancel and return an unwanted order! When I called to resolve the issue, I got someone in the Philippines, with poor communication and very unprofessional behavior. False advertisement. Very very dissatisfied and will not recommend this company to anyone.

They charged me a second time although…

They charged me a second time although it was unsolicited, unauthorized and I unacknowledged by me. By ordering once with them they without your authorization put you on a subscription cycle with no clear way of canceling. The storage and use of a credit card without consent is theft and mail fraud. Their defense is that they sent a prior email claiming that if you don’t respond they charge you which is illegal. It is just like a magazine company saying although we sent you notice for an unauthorized subscription we have charged you based on an old subscription that has run out, post put a stop to that years ago.

I am very disappointed that the ability to return this product is only given after the first order. I look a month ago and saw no indication that I was going to get charged and sent another 6 month subscription for this. I was okay that it happened, called into customer support and was told that you could only send back on the first shipment, not the 2nd, which is because people lose track. I wouldn't be disgruntled if they would be willing to refund my money and allow me to send this back. It is a very sneaky tactic and even if this was the best brand in the world, their tactics show they dont even believe in their product. 👎

I typed in all my info including card…

I typed in all my info including card info. But did not push the button to order. I decided to see if there were any reviews of their product on Amazon. The reviews caused me to not return to the page which I forgot about. I received product I did not want! They offered 1/2 price -I wanted refund. Then I had to return by 60 days but had been out of state so refund was not possible as time had lapsed. They need to fix their order system. Unless button is pushed to order no product should be sent!!! They could have sent email to ask if I wanted to order rather then send it when I did not complete the order process. I ended up stuck with a product I did not want & do not use!!!
