After reading one of the other reviews on here I was a bit dubious about the company, but the customer service was so helpful when there was a slight issue with order, would definitely buy things from them again. Very happy with products as well.

I purchased a pair of wooden binoculars online, was not happy with the item and decided to return it. I contacted the seller I was told that I am not eligible for a return because once the box has been opened is no longer in re-saleable condition. When you buy something online your decision is made based on description or a photograph so what you receive is not always what you'd expected. The box was not damaged in any way the only thing I broke to be able to open the package was a small piece of sealing tape easily replaceable. One of the reasons they give for these strict rules is COVID 19, which is a little bit far fetched, I mean these days you ca buy online clothing, try on and then return it, but you cannot send back a brand new toy, not used, not played with. Before ordering please read carefully the return policy. There are plenty of other places where you ca buy and return products hassle free.

Bright New Things offer wonderful, beautifully made children’s wooden toys. But additionally, and so importantly, they have exceptional customer service.
We bought a “Forest Table” together with a “Forest Rabbit Chair” from the site, and duly received email confirmation followed the next day by email from DPD. The following day, DPD delivered the chair, but not the table. I telephoned Bright New Things to ask them what might have happened, as they were intended as a present for out granddaughter and we were afraid the table might not now arrive on time. They were exceptional. They got on to DPD, found the consignment was held up in their system and so they SENT ANOTHER ONE immediately to make sure we had it in time. It arrived at 07.30 the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble - they called back when they said they would, and moved heaven and earth in a way that most companies just don’t bother doing.
To add to it all, the products are quite wonderful. Easy to assemble, beautifully made and our granddaughter LOVES them! So thank you, Bright Little Things, and any would be purchasers - don’t hesitate to buy from this super company. If I could give them 6 stars I would!
