Avoid this dental office

Avoid this dental office unless you have plenty of time to waste and are willing to return for last-minute cancellations and paying extra for standard routine services.

I went in for a consultation for …

I went in for a consultation for braces. The orthodontic was incredible, he made me feel so comfortable and explained everything from what to expect, how to care for my teeth and what exactly needed to be done. The only down fall was the financial part. I'm private pay and was willing to pay the cost with no problem, however I didn't feel comfortable running my credit as the lady at the from desk indicated. I was denied the request to pay for my braces monthly so I didn't have to run my credit. Why would an office deny the request for a patient who is willing to pay cash for braces?! Anyway, I was not happy about the financial policy, so I am going somewhere else.

Used car sales people

I like the Women who clean your teeth!
I feel like I am dealing with a used car sales people they called me and tried to give me a better price. And coerced me to come in for more work. It's a bit disturbing. Marietta Wade

Waited a long time..

Waited a long time...

I feel like the camelback location might be understaffed. There was only one person who could perform my cleaning and one other person who gave me my exam. Maybe it might have been that morning but i was there for almost two hours and all I got done was x-rays and an exam... no cleaning. I have to wait until they have time. Other than that the staff was friendly

Great people and service

Great people and service. My only complaint would be the wait. Sometimes it can be much longer than anticipated. Other than that, the environment, staff and experience is very good.

Unfortunately I had the worst …

Unfortunately I had the worst experience this Bright Now. Right from the begging at time of check in I was not even greeted by the receptionist. I signed in and wasn't called up for my registration packet until 30 mins later. Ashley was not friendly at all while processing my packet.
I then had to wait another 40 mins to get called in. The X-ray tech didn't introduce herself nor did she explain to me what she will do w my daughter (obviously it was X-rays so I explained it to her). When I was taken to our exam room the X-ray tech grabbed the "sterile" tools w her bare hands!!
It was obvious my daughter had a cavity which is what the dentist told me but simply said I'll have to see the specialist, wrote me a prescription of antibiotics and sent me away.
Back at the reception area when I tried booking my follow up Ashley wasn't very flexible w the time and date and was very quick to sent me away to another dentist office if I wanted to, so that's exactly what I did.
I did overhear the manager say it was a busy day but that should NEVER be a reason to treat a patient so badly especially a 5yo in pain that needs treatment ASAP and not a month out!!

I love the ppl there

I love the ppl there. They are so nice. And the newest hygienist is awesome. She doesn't beat you down because you got lazy. But tries to encourage you to do better. I just love her.
