I have booked them for the first time in December 2025 and from then on they are my go to company for moving around. I have transferred flat again in July 2026 and one of the guy who came to help was also the guy from last December.

Used Brighton Removals for a short move from Brighton to Hove based on positive reviews, but it was not a great experience. No protective blankets were used on my daughter’s furniture, despite the delicate nature of the items.

A 1940s dressing table was damaged during dismantling/reassembly; this included new holes being drilled and the mirror being left misaligned (damage since validated by a furniture repair specialist). Despite clear instructions and providing immediate evidence, the complaint was not handled well.

Recommendation: Verify their insurance terms carefully beforehand, video the condition/wrapping of every item before it goes on the van, and ensure blankets are actually being used before they leave.

An excellent, efficient and trustworthy company, can highly recommend.

Helped out in an emergency!! My oven broke down before Christmas and the appliance companies all refused to deliver down the stairs to my property. The guys brought it in no problem and organised to be here at the same time as the delivery and installation people. Phew! So grateful

Amazing team...they moved me and then went back and also cleared my rubbish. The day went really smoothly couldn't fault them at all.

These guys are INCREDIBLE.

We were recommended them by our close friends after being messed around a few times and being massively over charged.
The team where professional, quick, and fun to be around making the usual stresses of moving not seem too bad.

Linda, Ali, Pete and team provided a fantastic service to provide pre-packing and removals for two homes into one.
Moving is an extremely stressful experience but despite the biblical weather conditions, the whole team made it as seamless as possible and were in good spirits and smiling all day (almost 11 hours).
Care taken to carefully pack contents up, transport and then unload and deliver to the correct rooms and re-assemble beds and other large furniture.
Would recommend to anyone - A++++

I think there is a ridiculous misconception about moving. How hard can it be? Well it's HARD and gruelling A.F and good removals are the choice between the longest day ever and worrying about your belongings and then a relatively good day (you are moving after all!) with great trustworthy lovely people that respect you and your belongings that are also fully versed in logistics and strategy.

My completion date kept moving due to a horribly long chain. Linda is exceptional - she can cope with anything while also managing to make you feel better about everything. The team I got on my job were extremely polite and affable - so client facing they could probably do anything. I did a pack and move - on the move day - I got so much problem solving and positivity. It made a day I had LITERALLY DREADED FOR AGES and thought I'd genuinely have a breakdown in - weirdly enjoyable and restored my faith in genuine good people great at what they do. I don't think the team on the job realised how they made the anticipated terrible day so, so much easier.

I do not plan on moving anytime soon because let's face it - its stressFULL - but I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

The place I moved into had a removals company that was the polar opposite and honestly painful to witness. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brighton Removals Company. They are great at what they do.

We needed a washing machine collected from bevendean and delivered to hollingdean so we got in contact with Chris at Brighton rock removals who without and problems provided the service we needed it was delivered on the day we asked and on time.the delivery boys were fantastic definitely would recommend
