What a great experience. Jim Dean what above board, straightforward, and extremely patient when we had to delay a few times due to construction and medical issues. They even had the attorney come to me, and we closed at my dining room table! I would highly recommend Brightpath, and especially Jim Dean.

Janet Farmer is the BEST! She went over and beyond to help me close even when I thought hope was gone she found a way. Words can not express the thanks I have for this lady. I would recommended to any and everyone. Thank you so much for your help, patience and perseverance!

Super fast response times and excellent all around customer service combined with honesty and integrity.

Too difficult to work with. Rude to client's agents. Unprepared with wiring instructions at closing. Would not do mail-off closing for out of state seller.

Yaz was incredible, even with our 1 minor issue. He was great.

This company is trustworthy and responsive and offer great rates. We worked with them on several transactions and we're consistently pleased.

Overall smooth process. There was a little more back/forth with negotiations around final terms/rates. There were errors made on settlement statement where taxes/insurance escrows were not calculated correctly.

Mr. Rahman is the BEST! J has helped me a few times now to do 2 conventional, and most recently, a cash out refinance.
I have a complex revenue stream with a trust account involved. He was very patient, and guided me through the steps to approval.
I recommend Britepath, and especially Mr. Rahman highly!
