I love brightplace.ai! As someone who is currently deciding to move back to NYC, bright place has been an easy tool to help me narrow down my choices! So easy to use! It's really helpful to see all the listing information and photos in one screen, instead of clicking thru 10+ tabs. I was able to compare over 30 apartment units in under 5 minutes.

I was relocating from London for a two-year contract in Stamford, Connecticut and couldn't do multiple scouting trips. I had one long weekend to see apartments before my move date. I used Brightplace to do all the filtering before I flew in commute to Stamford from different towns, what $2,000 actually gets you in Westchester vs Fairfield County, which buildings had flexible lease terms. By the time I landed I had four apartments to see, not forty. Signed on the second one I visited. The whole trip was one day. That kind of efficiency when you're moving internationally to the US is genuinely invaluable. So yeah, brightplace was extremely helpful.

Got a job offer in Jersey City and had exactly three weeks to find a place before my start date. I'd never lived in New Jersey before and had no idea where to even begin, Hoboken? Journal Square? Downtown? I just typed into brightplace app that I needed something near a PATH train, under $2,200, and pet-friendly for my dog. It came back with options in neighborhoods I hadn't even heard of, with context about commute times and what the area was actually like. I ended up in a studio in Newport that I genuinely love. Would've been completely lost without it so 5 starss for sure.

brightplace has been such a huge help in speeding up the tedious process of searching for my next apartment, Not only does it clearly communicate exactly what I can actually afford, it makes it so easy to compare apartments side by side and find out what property is actually most compatible for my life. I was able to figure not only out which apartment would be the quickest commute to work for my in-office days, but also has the most coffee shops / cafes nearby for the days I work remote, all without having to leave their website.

Easy to use and the comparison view is really helpful, especially if you’re looking for certain amenities. Mostly larger apartment buildings but overall gave me a really helpful view of what to expect (nearby coffee shops/restaurants/commute times) when moving!

i’m a little shocked by how obsessed i am with brightplace. its just that i genuinely wish i had this a few years ago when i was planning on moving. it’s so detailed and takes out so much of the trauma of trying to figure things out with my non-negotiables and like 1000x less overwhelming.

just finding out about brightplace on socials made me feel like i could breathe better know i don’t have to deal with that again. im not rich (yet) so i dont have an assistant to put in all this work for me while i tackle other important things, so im super glad birthplace exists now and makes it easy. whoever created this is a genius - this is exactly what ai should be used for 😭
