Bright Removals' service was exceptional. Their communication was clear and timely. Their crew and driver arrived early in central London to collect all of the goods I had packed for transport to Austria, and their driver arrived early with a crew to deliver the goods two days later. I could not be more satisfied nor could I recommend their service more highly.

This is already the second time that I'm using Bright Removals for my move. As for the first time I was very happy with the service because everything was straightforward: First, I got a quote with a fair price, weeks later my furniture and boxes were picked up as agreed and the next day they arrived in the UK. Nothing was broken or damaged and pick up and delivery were on time. The guys picking up and delivering the furniture were super friendly and did a fantastic job as always! Thank you so much!!

They are absolutely brilliant. They moved me from Glasgow to Nantes in France one week ago, with no hassle. The collection and the delivery was on time. Very good communication throughout. They also helped with packing fragile goods, which was very much appreciated. I would use them again any time.

Mark and Mark worked tirelessly to sort out our house move. They dismantled two double beds and a set of bunks and re-assembled them at the new property. The carpet fitter hadn’t finished in the lounge, so they dealt with all the other rooms first without grumbling! All in all a good service for a jolly good price. Thanks also to Tracey, who dealt with all of my queries over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company.

We used Bright Removals for our move from Germany to England before. We were so happy with their service that we decided to book them again on our way back (England to Germany). Everything went brilliantly and we were just as before completely satisfied with their service. The move was organised with ease and our belongings arrived in good condition and on time.

I have used Bright Removals twice in the last 4 years with a move from Germany to the UK and now recently from the UK to Sweden and received the same excellent service on both occasions. My Family and I Moved from Mannheim Germany to Cambridge UK in December 2018. The service we received from Paul, Greg and the team were exemplary. From the initial quote phase, through to the packing, removal and delivery, the level of service and professionalism was outstanding. All our requirements were met and where an issue occurred, Paul and Greg immediately notified me and resolved the issue. By far the best removal company I have used – I will be using them again..

Sadly having firstly thought most damaged goods were identified in the inspection, I later found out that my MTB brake level had been badly bent and that my Siemens fridge freezer had some denting in the bottom door. I didn't claim for these at the time, but other than this a fantastic service received.

I moved from near Leeds in UK to near Munich in Germany, at rather short notice and over the new year. Paul was on hand to update a previous quote and also arrange the move within a weeks notice and with collection and delivery on days I needed them. Everything was individually packed where needed and only my items were shipped alone without load shares and any potential for mix-ups. Overall, excellent company, great contact, very professional and friendly service, always available to answer any questions - highly recommend.

I did quite an extensive research for relocation companies in September 2018 as we were planning our relaction from London back to Finland. I ended up choosing three of the top10 companies (by review score) and contacted all three.

Paul from Bright Removals was quick to reply to my query and all the following queries as well. And I had loads of them (even stupid ones) as the value of our removables was very high.

On the moving day everything went according to plan and my guidance (95% of which they already knew about) was listened carefully as some of the materials on furniture were very delicate (velvet sofa for example) requiring extra care in packing and handling.

We even had a bit of change in plans and the stuff had to be stored for two weeks in Finland before we could get those to our new home. This was handled very well by Paul’s partners in Finland.

On the moving day in Finland everthing went as planned again. There was no damage to anything even after a trip by road from London to Finland and after two weeks of storage.

I can recommend Bright Removals as they have been the best moving company we have used in 5 years in which we have moved within Europe three times.

Moved from Germany to UK end of September 2018. Brights were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but worth every penny. Communication was great. They arrived half an hour early to load up, with a good sized truck and a crew of 5 including drivers, all Polish. They worked quickly but carefully, checking against the list of items that I had previously provided. Our goods were well protected and they loaded from the first floor of the building where we lived. They also dis-assembled a large wardrobe for us, and loaded some items from the cellar. Paul, who was supervising, could not have been more helpful and obliging, and the whole team were friendly and hard-working. Our belongings were delivered on time on day 3 in the UK, unloaded very quickly to ground and first floors, and nothing was broken or damaged. The team also re-assembled our wardrobe. In summary, they were really great and I would unreservedly recommend them.
