We moved from England to Germany using their services. They showed up the day at the time they said they would, spent first day carefully packing up everything, loading on the 2nd day. 2 days later they unpacked our stuff at the new address. Everything came through unscathed, excellent service. The movers were careful, friendly, followed our requests where possible.

We chose Bright Removals for our move from Germany to the UK. Anna and Paul were very patient and helped us a lot. We can only recommend their service. Thank you very much for that!

I greatly appreciated the great level of communication from Anna and Paul. They provided useful tips for packing and getting our furniture and belonging safely over to the UK. The team that collected our belongings were friendly, fast and efficient. Overall, a great experience.

Anna was very friendly and helpful in arranging the move. She answered all our questions. The removals men arrived on time and had the lorry packed within a matter of hours. After departure we agreed an earlier delivery time back in the UK which was helpfull. The delivery guys made light work of the unloading. Apart from one small breakage (which we were recompensed for) everything went to plan and was worry free.

I was very happy with how everything was handled. Communication was very efficient and the team to pick up and deliver my belongings was very on time, polite and quick.

Bright Removals were fantastic for my move from London back home to Germany. Not only were they able to accommodate me on quite short notice (only three weeks!), they were also super communicative about the entire process and made sure I submitted all the required documents in time.

Pick up of my stuff happened quickly and efficiently and all my things arrived safe and sound at the precise date and time I was told they would arrive. The crew unloaded everything in less than 20 minutes! Amazing work all around, I couldn't be more pleased.

I'd like to congratulate Bright Removals team for their excellent work, it has been a smooth process, and they have been always responsive and helpful. They carefully picked up my items in London, and delivered on the same way in Germany. They were when they said they were going to be in both places.

Moving home across countries is possibly one of the most stressful adventures but Bright Removals were supportive, helpful, responsive and reliable throughout. They organised all paperwork efficiently in advance. The movers turned up exactly on time and were friendly, careful and extremely hard working. Arrival at the other end was again perfectly on time and all our belongings were returned to us without damage. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I would happily contact Bright Removals again.

An excellent service - highly recommend. Researched many removal companies and Bright Removals were definitely the best price, provided a straightforward and quick service, efficient removal teams. I planned a move from Germany to the UK and unfortunately had to cancel my contract because of change in the move plans. The refund was processed immediately.

Bright bear delivered some garden furniture for us. They were on time, polite, assembled the furniture (for a tiny extra change), cleaned up before and after assembly.....I really can't praise them enough. They were extremely good

I have been in contact with Bright removals for many many months as my relocation plans kept changing paths. Paul and Anna and the team just adapted with my plans and were there constantly as I needed them. The collection of my goods from Germany and transportation to the UK up to delivery to my door went without a hitch. I was regularly kept updated as to what was happening.

Excellent from Scotland to Germany
BrightRemovals did a great job in organising the removal of a student household back to Germany.
We had decided to do the packing by ourselves.
All 43 boxes and objects were picked up as announced.
BrightRemovals did the creation of the customs papers and performed the spot check at local German customs.
Delivery was also as announced.
Boxes and objects arrived with no harm.
Our emails during planning and execution were answered in a prompt and satisfying way.
Clearly we can recommend BrightRemovals and would pick them again.
