Paul and his team were first class from pick up to delivery in germany. Helpful efficient polite and fast. Would highly recommend thus company. They arrived exactly on time as planned in u.k. and delivered at the agreed time in germany. Door to door in 33 hours. Fantastic

Everything went as planned despite extra demands due to the Corona restrictions (e.g. me not being able to be present at the receiving end). Excellent service. From the very beginning we had an excellent communication quickly responding to our questions and concerns especially regarding COVID.
They packed & loaded everything in one day and everything was recorded.
We got our stuff 10 days later as we agreed on the third floor of our appartment. I have to mention that since several companies do not accept to deliver above the 1st floor and some only up to the second!
All in all this was an excellent service from beginning to end.

My move from London to Germany with Bright removals was a great experience. After nearly two decades in London, I was pretty anxious about the big move, but Paul and his team were great throughout the whole process. From the initial consultation to affordable quote to the actual moving experience, everything was great.

The team was super professional and super punctual, both upon pick up and and unloading in Germany. I packed the boxes myself, but my furniture was wrapped professionally and everything went very smoothly.

A first class service, everything was as arranged, picked up on time and delivered on time. I would recommend Bright Removals and would use them again should the need arise.

Paul was friendly and professional throughout. He was responsive to my emails throughout the organization and preparation for the move. On packing day, he and his team were courteous and efficient. They got everything packed safely and quickly. They were done earlier than I expected.

Upon unload, the service was also very good, although done by different people (the German team I suppose); but this is to be expected for international moves. We have not found any items to be missing or damaged. They unloaded to two locations (storage and accommodation) which was very helpful. They seem to have links to central European cities and were particularly knowledgeable about Berlin, which was very handy e.g., recommending a storage facility.
