I’m really happy with the work. It was very easy to get a quotation and the work was carried out speedily and with no fuss. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and Efkan was knowledgeable and professional and respectful, and a pleasure to meet. Responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Very clear with the quotation giving a simple breakdown. Fitted our job in at short notice and then were flexible on the day to add in an extra socket. Quality of work seems good, patching was neat, leaving me hopefully an easy job to repaint to finish.

Efkan and his son and daughter worked here twice arriving when they said each time they worked professionally, efficiently and with care everything was tidied and cleaned when they finished. The second time they worked outside in freezing temperatures and got on with no complaints.

Efkan was responsive, polite and professional upon first enquiry. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came out to assess the work we needed and did a top quality job when he came to do the work. Impeccably tidy job, excellent problem solving skills and a lovely job hoovering and tidying up the space he was working in before leaving. Delighted to recommend and will most definitely use Efkan next time we need electrical work.
