No support for the inconvenience caused to me.
Although the floor lamp looks lovely right now, this is what I have been through:
• ordered the floor lamp, was delivered as arranged. Paid £30 for an electrician to put it together for me, however, lamp base was faulty. Made arrangements with Brightstore to exchange.
• exchange was made a week later and I paid the electrician another £30 to put the floor lamp together. This time the dimmer switch was faulty as the lights kept flickering and a continuous buzzing noise could be heard. Made arrangements with Brightstore to exchange again.
• received another floor lamp (3rd one) and again paid the electrician £30 (3rd time, £90 in total) and although the floor lamp is in working order, the lamp was lopsided!!!!! Electrician did his best to straighten it up so that it looks good to the eye.
No follow up has been made by Brightstore to see if everything is alright and I have been offered NOTHING for the inconvenience they have caused me. I will not be buying from them again. Took pictures and video footage of each floor lamp as proof, and sent them to Brightstore. Beware of the “Ashton Floor Lamp 2 Light Antique/Brass Crystal”. I have lost respect and patience with Brightstore.
