I found the company &’staff very approachable, very polite and pleasant. The atmosphere within the London office was very warm. The staff is knowledgeable and well experienced. I applied for an India Visa through Brightsun which was received within 5 working days. I also made enquiries regarding future bookings and the member of staff was very helpful and offered good advice. I have had the privilege of visiting their call centre in Gurugram several times and was well impressed with their organisation.
