Innovative financial product

The app is a great one-stop-shop for personal finances, especially due to its qualities in holding, managing, and earning (!) FIAT and crypto in one place. Very convenient, innovative and sleek product.
CHF still unavailable, which makes it focused especially on EU residents in my opinion.

Hidden 20% crypto “fees”, inconsistent excuses, and unresponsive support

Brighty allowed me to deposit 800 USDT using their app, clearly showing USDT as supported. After the funds were stuck, they first claimed it was due to MiCA restrictions and that they no longer accept USDT. When I pointed out that their app still showed USDT as supported, they changed their explanation, claiming the wallet I used was “high exposure” and withheld 20% (160 USDT) from my refund.

The wallet I used was clean, legitimate, with only 945 transactions and interacting solely with reputable exchanges. There was no interaction with mixers or sanctioned addresses. Their “high exposure” claim appears to be an excuse to justify withholding part of the funds without prior disclosure.

Adding to the frustration, their support is extremely slow and inconsistent: sometimes they reply after hours, sometimes days, and sometimes do not respond at all. This makes resolving any issue unnecessarily difficult.

At no point during the deposit or refund request was there any warning of a 20% fee, nor was I given an opportunity to reject the transaction to avoid this hidden charge.

Brighty’s conflicting explanations, unexpected fees, and poor customer support raise serious concerns about transparency and fair treatment of customers. If you care about your funds and your time, avoid Brighty. There are far more transparent and reliable crypto services available.

Scammers. Stole 2500 EUR from me

I used this bank for 2 months, after that they blocked my account, asked me to provide photos, videos and invoices of transactions. I gave them all necessary information, after that they wrote to me that they will not return me my 2500 EUR. This is illegal, you have no right to take away my funds. You are fraudsters. I strongly recommend to avoid this bank.

Avoid Brighty Bank – They Scam Their Customers!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Brighty Bank. They blocked my account without any reason back in March, and since then, I have been unable to withdraw my funds. Every time I provided the required documents for verification, they kept asking for new ones, dragging the process indefinitely.

After I even sent them a video verification, they completely ignored me. It has now been three weeks, and they are not responding neither in chat nor via email.

This bank is a scam. Even after providing every single document they requested, they disappear and refuse to resolve the issue. Do not trust them – they are deceiving people!

P.S. Brighty team, respond to comments properly and address real issues instead of copy-pasting generic replies. You keep asking people to contact you via email, but it’s pointless because you just ignore us!

SCAM 2000 EURO LOST

I used this bank for 2 weeks after that they blocked my account and asked for documents for a month, I gave them them and then ignored them after that I logged into my account and saw that my subscription costs not 18 euros as it should cost but 500. These people are fraudsters so they will take all my money away from me. I do not advise anyone to contact this bank, they will just take away your money.

These people closed my account without reason and stole my money...

These people closed my account without explanation where there were unprocessed refund transactions. Then they stole my 4€ for some unknown fee. There were about 2000€ of refunds in processing, and the store sent me proofs, where you can see a message from the bank that they confirmed the payment on their side. Further I have not received and week of my subscription they do not want to refund me 18€. Eventually these scammers started demanding selfies with the date, and completely ignore me. Further I will make a pre-trial lawsuit on them, and then a lawsuit with moral damages of more than 10.000 €. I advise you to bypass these scammers side.

WATCH OUT!!! BE CAREFULL!!! My account just was closed today and I have money in it.The support team ignores my messages and they asked my twice a month to verify my ID because it has expired they said.This was a lie because my ID doesn't expire but I send them my ID anyway....last time I send them my ID at 03.01.2025 and by the end of the month they asked my again to verify my ID otherwise closing my account.Of course I answered that I already verified it but today my account was closed.So I have to contact my lawyer....BRIGHTY APP JUST STEALS PEOPLES MONEY

They closed my account without any explanation and kept my balance of over $3,000. I requested a refund, provided my bank account details as instructed, but the money was never returned. It’s been over a month, and I haven’t received any response. The support team ignores my messages in the chat. This is unacceptable, and I am preparing to take legal action.

Not getting my referrals money

I work with the referrals system very often with lots of companies and they are the first with such bad of excuse to not give me my worked referrals.They said clearly in their conditions up to 12 friends 20$ each so i invited about 10 people they all did the steps give theirs personal info and do the payments since the conditions was still 12 invites each they change their conditions before the pay some days after my referrals already did the steps and now they refuse to pay me they are answering like one massage every three days with not even checking all the details im sending them and the only thing they are telling is sorry sir now is for 6 invites…yes madam i can read myself my referrals did the steps before it change to 6 how can u refuse my payment?I think this should be illegal.

Unuseful aplication

Unuseful aplication. The same a bank but worse as It doesn't work properly! I added Cyprus ID but the system doesn't apply it as it is expired. Brighty App must know that is Ok as a plastick automatically extends by EU every year without making a new one!
