Beautiful item, cleans the air, but it is noisy and the app is absolutely useless. Even you set up times it still goes on and off when ever it decides. Took me ages to connect as it is giving glitches

Loved the concept, look, smell, clean air, better sleep until I started to feel unwell. We purchased an EMF reader and it was going bonkers on my side of the bed. Took a while to figure out it was the Briiv even though it was turned off but still had the plug in the wall. The EMF reader likened it to sleeping next to a CELL PHONE TOWER.

I have 3 I won’t use now as have removed them from the children’s rooms also.

I bought two Briiv 2 pro and a Briiv 2. The units were straightforward to set up and are everything I wanted. However I did encounter a problem with the pro units on the App. After contacting Briiv there was indeed a simple solution which then allowed me to set up Zones and check the air quality.

I had questions about my original purchase and other questions. Shay was a dream to work with. So understanding of my issues and very patient with me. It was a wonderful experience.

Early days but really like the aesthetic and seemed to change air quality almost as soon as put on.

I had a few issues getting the app to connect with the Briiv 2 pro but after a few tries i got there.

So far so good will update if anything changes 🤗

I cannot get over how much Briiv has changed the quality of my life since using it for over a month. I live in a heavily polluted part of Glasgow where exhaust emissions are high and coming in via old windows one side of my flat and on the other side there is damp and black mould. Since January 2024 I’ve had recurrent chest infections every month and my asthma has been terrible. I have to take so many courses of antibiotics and steroids to get over these infections - due to my living conditions. I was even sent to A&E to check for Carbon Monoxide poisoning (luckily it wasn’t that - the just things I mentioned earlier). My GP has advised me to move to a different house asap - easier said than done in the current crazy rental market. I was at the end of my tether with it all and someone mentioned Briiv to me. I bought one the same day (in June 2024) and I have not been ill since!!! I’ve have energy and can function and live a normal life! It’s so wonderful! I’m recommending it to everyone!!

Bought a Briiv air filter in Jan 23, stopped working after 2 weeks and was replaced by John Lewis. Replacement lasted just over a year, the Briiv website states they have a 2 year warranty, Briiv are not responding to messages through their website.

had my briiv less than 2 years and it's already faulty, support is slow if they respond at all. Still waiting for unit to be replaced under warranty.
