I ordered the light kit from Briksmax via Amazon 3 years ago. The lights have failed for some unknown reason. I wanted replacement parts and they went through this entire process to determine what the problem was only to tell me they dont have the papers anymore. What a waste of my time. It takes days for them to respond and now they want me to spend more money to fix. Don't bother.
Received incorrect parts in the set; incorrect parts did not correlate to the instructions. As a result, the set does not work. I received the wrong Multi-function control receiving board as well as battery pack. I concluded this due to the parts having different names (for example the battery pack in the instructions was part E02 and the one I had received was part E06). Customer service was not helpful. Wasted money on a set that did not work and did not receive compensation or replacement parts.
