Had to get intouch with brillband to connect my app to the eero box manually and scott was very helpful and responded really quickly to help getting me online with my new broadband. Thank you for the help Scott it was very much appreciated

I have just switched over to Brillband from Sky and now instantly regretting my decision. The broadband has failed to connect and I have been without wifi all day. I rely on internet as I work from home.
What was suppose to be an easy switch over has been a complete nightmare. The customer support has been ridiculous as they have no one to speak to over the phone. This would have been sorted by Sky within an hour. I have never been left without support in the past for this long!
Also, the router supplied only has 2 Ethernet ports and you have to pay extra for a mesh wifi extender which sky provided for free. Safe to say I am out of the frying pan into the fire.
Edit - After around 5 hours, we managed to get the problem sorted. I have changed my rating to a 4-star because the agent did everything she could to get me back online, despite issues getting in touch with Openreach. I appreciate the help.

Brillband have been excellent since I signed up. Even now I’m having to cancel due to moving house the cancellation process is quick and very easy. Lewis was excellent in sorting all of that.

Filling my details took just 5 minutes, I'm with sky until December 10th then I'll be fully transferred. Then I'll have symmetrical speeds which sky doesn't provide, plus it's £8 cheaper. What's there not to like.

Internet change over day from Talk Talk. I was unsure what I needed to be doing to get my Internet services reconnected but a quick whatsapp chat with a very capable Lewis had me connected in no time.

I switched to eero few months ago and I’ve finally found one I can get hold of customer service and I must say they are amazing people today I was helped by Scott from the north lol and I hope to be nice and toasty warm tonight

Really impressed with such an easy switch over from TalkTalk (who I might add had a lot of problems with set up, being weeks offline etc) nice little updated EERO router which is much better than the usual crappy black boxes from sky, Vodafone and plusnet that usually overheat and stop working, I love the whatsapp chat where you dont have to wait hours on the phone, not that I've needed to use it other than the the original router got sent to another address but was dealt with swiftly and caused no delay, so top marks on customer service, great communications with easy to follow instructions for the non tech savvy, great price and fixed term with no increases is extremely welcome 😀

Took forever after recieved payment even try sort connection and lied telling me all companies be same length waiting time get online if not more in attempt stop me teying elsewhere after waiting almost if not full 2 weeks after just for invoice being paid literally hour or 2 after tried take out account on same day arranged, then had wait upto 1-2 weeks get refund costs back in account after finding supplier set up half time given by you andcancelled broadband agreement when reached 2weeks after original agreement n service was set start and go live

My experience, I was a little annoyed at first when receiving an email about me moving to a new provider, the contact period was at an end and the new provider was cheaper, cost of living etc etc, you know what I mean, anyway after receiving an apology about the email in the abrupt way and then saying they will look in to how that email reads to customers in the future, and also now after contacting them regarding the eero6 router (which is on loan by the way!) being returned within 30 days of switchover, Brillband have let me keep the router as a good will gesture for being a Brillband customer which makes life easier for me if I can get it to work with the new provider that is. 4 stars now changed to 5.
