I’ve been struggling to find a shampoo/conditioner that helps balance my hair. This product has been great! The only issue I had was the packaging. The conditioner came open in shipping and made a bit of a mess.

I had a problem with my Brilliance straighter I called and the guy who helped me was "AMAIZING " GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE he answered all my questions had a great attitude I'm very sorry I forgot his name 😪 but he was very helpful and offered me to buy softer oil for my hair from Amazon great deal I love it. Thank you for taking care of the problem

She went above and beyond to make sure I got the products I needed and offered me their amazing serum that helps with heat protection, hair repair, hair strengthening, frizz control, and shine. I have had my previous flat iron for years and out of all the flat irons I have used this is my ultimate favorite and lasts so looong! Definitely recommend Brilliance New York's products.

This is my second 1.5 inch hair straightener I buy from BNY. The first one I bought at a mall kiosk 6 years ago and it was great all these years. Recently my daughter has moved out and I gave her my straightener, so I decided to buy a new one for me. I wanted to experiment and see how other brands work, so I bought few with good reviews, but had to return them because no other hair straightener works as well as BNY. So I just bought BNY again and I am very happy. It’s cheaper now. Only $65. It is very solid, has a very good grip, doesn’t pull the hair, straightens well and leaves a shine. Plus I got complimentary argan oil shampoo and conditioner with the order. Thank you BNY for your great quality

Ordered a curling wand when things were 75% off and it was an incredible deal! They emailed saying they made a mistake and the price of the wand was more than what I paid. I was told I needed to pay additional money to receive the item. The money was taken out of my account. I haven’t received a refund nor a response.

Too long delivery times. I paid too much for DHL thinking that I will get my order quickly and despite this I have not received my order 15 days after purchase. This is why I give a negative rating. It's not about the quality of the product.

I was really impressed with the speed of delivery to WA, Australia. I was introduced to diamond drops serum when I was travelling the US in 2017. I am so glad to have found the product online and to be able to have it delivered to Aus. Thank you for making me a happy customer!

I had my first one for over ten years and I absolutely loved it. You learn how to get the curls you want and use it differently. It heats up so fast and works better than any curling iron I’ve ever tried. It worked for so long and I only needed a new one bc the old one snapped while in my luggage. Funnily enough the iron still worked but the rod was hanging off and I couldn’t curl without hurting myself. I’m so happy I could get a new one.

I contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase two replacement barrels for my curling wand. The representative told me I would need to purchase a conditioner at the same price but they would send the replacement barrels instead. I paid $55 with shipping, low and behold this bottle of conditioner shows up at my house, not the barrels. I’ve contacted customer service again 3 times with no response. Hopefully someone can see this review and contact me because I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with a $55 condition I can’t use.

I used to love this company. However I placed an order last year on July 8 2020, and the order status still says processing?? I’ve emailed the company 5 times or more with no response. I would either like my products delivered or a refund. Please help

I purchased my straightener more than 10 days ago and I haven’t received it yet. I emailed them and haven’t heard back from them. I love brilliance New York and I’ve used their product for years. I’m very disappointed
