I have been bidding and buying from Brilliant Auctions for a few months now.
I use other auction houses too but can honestly say that the customer service I receive from Michelle and her fantastic team is excellent.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. They help my Mum and I repeatedly to ensure our items arrive with us safely and quickly (thanks Matt!) Queries are answered promptly and the whole team is friendly and approachable. They have very quickly become my number 1 favourite auctioneers.

This is a relatively new company working hard to establish a sound reputation. They are careful to give realistic valuations employing some expertise in areas such as cameras, watches and coins. I have used them twice. They sold some.
cameras for me for considerably more than I was offered by a dealer. I have found them to be attentive to customers, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I will certainly use them again.
