Good call with Dennis from Brilliant directories but I have circled back over 3 times asking for a follow up and all i get is automated email
They have great software I am sure but need more attention to detail and have missed out on this opportunity with me i wish them all the success

​I am not a tech person at all, but I really needed a website for my directory business. I was worried it would be too hard for me to set up, but Brilliant Directories made it very simple.
​I did not have to do any coding. Everything is easy to find and understand. Also, their customer service is great. They are very patient and help me whenever I have a question.
​If you don't know much about computers but want a professional website, I highly recommend them.

I purchased my first Brilliant Directories in 2024 and it delivered on what it promised. I purchased another in early 2025 and a third recently . With the latest AI tools I can now connect an AI Voice agent and calendar to offer premium services such as making or taking live calls and guide clients to make bookings for one on one meeting. I can also connect an affiliate platform to recruit affiliates to find me clients.

I'm revising my original review. My issue was finally resolved but it took someone other than the person I was dealing with to resolve the issue. Sometimes things happen and we have to give others grace, which is why I'm modifying my original review. Perhaps the first person I was dealing with was an AI bot...perhaps it was a real person - either way, the issue has been resolved and I'm well on my way to building out my directory.

Written on the 21st of December: I'm impressed by how many people give Brilliant Directories a 5 star review because my experience has been the complete opposite. I requested a password reset over 30 days ago and had to reach out to support for assistance. I'm still waiting...after continuing to follow up. At this point it's better to just write off the life time access as a bad investment that led nowhere.

The directory system is, by far, the best out-of-the-box, ready-to-go system I've found. They provide excellent documentation and videos for all aspects of the system.
When I did come across an issue with the root domain not forwarding to the www, support responded to the ticket within 30 minutes.
The issue wasn't caused by their software by any means, but they quickly offered a full, easy-to-implement solution along with clear step-by-step instructions.
The support at Brilliant Directories is the best experience I've had with ANY support system. I was 100% impressed.
The directory site is easy to build and manage with a surprisingly intuitive backend.
The primary features are in an easy dashboard, and the less often accessed technical features are nicely categorized and tucked away to not clutter the UX... but they are there when you need them.
The customer automation is built in from the start, and the SEO features allow me to implement every detail I want.

Intuitive and easy to use, and can be converted to Japanese. The system is stable and has great potential to be used as a foundation for various business models; it can also be used for advanced applications such as AI and webhooks, and we look forward to future updates.

The interface is super easy and accommodating to use following vids and webinars.

Try the Wordpress listing pro for years but there is a lot of lack of documentation and the interface is not comparable at all, this is a game changer.

Thank You BD for making such an accesible tools available to the public with not development experience.

It's such an easy to use platform that can create a website including a membership directory which is usually a much more extensive process.

I am starting now to use Brilliant but from the beginning, it seems a really great service, in few seconds, there is already the base of the project.

This is very well thought out software. The UX is top notch and modern looking. I am impressed by the amount of features they have. I cant think of anything they missed. I had a few questions and they were answered promptly. They care about their customers!

Brilliant Directory is ahead of the game. They thought of everything I needed for my Member Directory, before I even realized that I needed the feature, lol... they had already included and positioned features in the directions & levels I wished to take my membership site. They have included so many features and abilities to edit the site to my specifications, that hiring a developer to customize it was not necessary. Their website is so robust, can handle all of these manipulations- I've worked with many websites and BD is far the strongest. The esthetics is beautiful and comes with wide variety of options/color palettes. I found myself on 1st page after setting up in a few days- the SEO setup is amazing with BD.

They have many levels of active, prompt, and caring support. From the BD bot in the site, to the FB community, to the support ticket staff. The staff are always so polite, positive, thorough, and complete in their response and remedy of support tickets. They make sure that your answers get resolved. I have not ever had this high level of support before from any other business and I have worked online with many online businesses since 2008. The owner really cares about this success and functions of BD, with his buyers/customers- he is 100% active answering questions and always looking for ways to expand and improve with the needs of his customers. Jason is always present and very hands on in helping his customers!

Brilliant Directories has been a lifesaver for my directory idea. It's allowed me to fully customize how I want the site to look and function, and it kept my overhead costs down a TON. I have used them for years and it's been smooth sailing after getting used to the platform. Their support is really helpful and fast as well. :)

Several of my peers have shifted to them based on my recommendation, away from more bloated and expensive platforms and - while it does take a bit of set up to get it just right, the functionality is way beyond what initially meets the eye.

I think in online business, a lot of SaaS companies have taken the business-to-business relationship for granted by making the UI & marketing slick & then drop the ball on adding and updating functionality and support once they've made the sale.

But not Brilliant Directories, they're fostering a symbiotic relationship of growth with their business-owner clients. This is a refreshing return to what really matters - a company that is investing their time and resources back into their business - developing functionality that helps your business thrive. I want to do business with them - I like doing business with them.

The reason I recommend this directory is because I know that they have excellent uptime, a sustainable business model with fair pricing, and they provide a swiss army knife of advanced functionality that fits most business types & industries. They meet all of my directory needs - and there are features I know my business will grow into overtime and they'll be able to support my continued growth.

I can't stress how many platforms try to trap you when you need to scale and seem to punish you for your success. (read: become more expensive because they think you're trapped) but that's not the case here. And that's yet another big reason why I recommend them so highly. They want you to succeed. But they don't try to squeeze you once you do.

At the same time, companies are also dropping the ball on adding functionality and developing stable updates. This is an exceptionally mature, stable, and advanced directory platform.

Too many companies leave you to your own devices once you're locked in but brilliant directories has prioritized building out advanced functionality that is crucial to a successful business.

They have a well-documented knowledgebase. The criticism that their U.I. is dated misses the most crucial aspect that is - the core platform is stable (I've had perfect uptime) and they prioritize developing useful functionality that you will grow into when your business is ready to scale.

As a business owner - I want the front of my directory to look beautiful and professional. And I need advanced functionality to make everything work smoothly. They win at what matters, hands down. I actually appreciate that the U.I. doesn't change (now) because I don't want to have stuff moved around on me once I learn where it is. I like that it's right where it's always been.

The people that have made the switch following my recommendation have always reached out to thank me after they've had time to see just how much is possible with this directory platform. I never wonder if this platform is down. I never have to worry if there are compatibility issues or security issues.

It just works.

And they don't punish you when your company starts to become successful, like a lot of platforms do. As you grow, they've already got the features you're going to need to grow into but they don't hold you hostage. I feel like they are genuinely passionate about wanting me to scale and succeed.

The customer service is excellent, the product is a good product, but you can have a good product and the reviews of poor customer service will take your business down immediately. I am telling you get in NOW! These guys are going places and I am going with them. If you see Brillant Directories get it because they are about to be big time and everybody knows it, just type them in on YouTube and see all the videos that come up from other people. Companies don’t convince us to buy products the consumers do and they have spoken. 😆😆😆

I have had an account with Brilliant Directories for several years now. They are continually upgrading the product and their support staff are next to none. In addition, there is an amazing amount of interaction between the CEO and their customers. Bravo, Brilliant Directories! No wonder you have such a high Trust Pilot rating.

I have just purchased Brilliant Directories and what can I say ‘WOW’ what a great and easy to use setup to use.

I have emailed support who have been very responsive.

It’s very clear and easy to setup, a lot of onsite documentation to walk and guide you through from creating members and full customisation of the platform.

I give a very sting 10/10 to Brilliant Directories.
