Brilliant handled everything flawlessly…design, shipping, communication. Very easy process. Beautiful products, fast turnaround, and great service.

Best swag vendor we’ve tried, and we’ve tried quite a few. They have good products, nice people, responsive support and next day delivery from their warehouse.

Brilliant really lives up to the name. The team is creative, fast, and genuinely cares about getting it right. Our projects always look amazing and feel totally on brand. They’ve made the whole swag process actually fun instead of painful. Highly recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered in February. Status said that it shipped. Never saw it. waited for a while, checked again still no tracking. Forgot about it for a bit. Emailed back on the order and got a response right away. Waited... nothing. Found a separate email chain that was started outside the ticket where they said that the item was out of stock and asked if a different size would work. 7 days later they cancel my order. Order sat idle for 7 months with no trouble, but they couldn't manage to reply to the support ticket or let the order sit for 7 more days. Worst support experience ever (and I have had to call Microsoft for support numerous times for work). Won't be bothering with anything that uses this company ever again.

Have not received the merchandise, half of it is never shipped, other half is lost in transit, there is no way to get support. I do not recommend this supplier for your corporate gifts.
