I completed an online query with regards to getting an EPC for my house. Matt got in touch with details and availablity. He was polite and respectful and did a thorough job. The EPC was uploaded the same day which was impressive! Payment was easy and the invoicing was all handled via email after the job was completed.

I worked with Matt to find the most appropriate heating solution to replace my old oil boiler looking at all the options, surveying the property and then through the purchasing and installation. A single point of contact and a seamless install made the whole process painless.

Matt was keen to visit the house from the start and give us a plan that worked for our house/needs (Everyone else just wanted to give a web based quote). He listened to us and explained well what he would recommend. He was happy to adapt to any suggestions we had.
