The level of customer service from this company is truly terrible. Even with a potential customer like myself who has expressed an interest in their products and not someone who has already bought a product and wants to make a complaint. Major red flag if you ask me. Wouldn’t even give it a one star.

Brilliant customer service after I ordered a case for a phone then had to change model they allowed me to exchange the unused cover for the correct one easily.

My phone case arrived quickly the quality of this phone case was amazing not like some of the cheap ones at all it was well designed and well described on the website I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this product thank you very pleased

we bought a case and within a month it had split.
Brindly kindly and promptly sent out a replacement which we were very thankful for as the case was not cheap purchase.
two months later the case has split again even though they deem them to be strong and protect your phone.
I emailed them back with the photos of the second faulty case but sadly they only cover 1 replacement. it frustrates me that as a consumer we lost out through the poor quality of the product.
I would like to think if they "stand by" their product as they said in their email response, this would mean they would maybe admit that maybe this particular batch was indeed not as good quality as thought and offer a fix to the problem. happy customers are ones that are repeat customers.

I drop my phone majorly at least twice a day and because of the tough case it doesn't get damaged at all. One time i dropped it and it died internally (phone is old) but there wasn't any external damage, it was completely fine. Design quality is also really good. 5 stars

Wonderful quality and fabulous choice of fantastic colours and designs. Arrived fairly quickly considering where the case was shipped from. Fits like a second skin and is robust enough to protect my phone without making it look too bulky. Would highly recommend these cases.

I ordered a phone case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max after ordering one elsewhere that did not fit well. I loved the range of designs on the website! My case was delivered fairly quickly and it is great quality - sturdy and fits perfectly, even round the buttons. I feel that my phone is really well protected and I would definitely buy another and recommend!

Only improvement would be if there were holes in the case to attach a wrist strap.

Love my phone case! The pattern is perfect and there is lots of support for the back camera. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I might mention is that pressing the side buttons requires more pressure than normal, but I imagine that it comes from the case being so tough - which it is!

Brindly have a great selection of designs and colours. I had been searching for a phone case that looked good but also protected my phone. I am so pleased with the design of the case and the protection. The customer services were excellent. I made an error with my address and it was sorted within two hours of me contacting the company. Order arrived on time and looked exactly like the pictures. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered myself the buttercream tough phone case for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max, I have had a Brindly case before and loved it. The pastel collection was perfect for spring/summer and with butter yellow being very in at the moment I chose that colour. The case has arrived today and I am slightly disappointed in the colour as it’s lacking the colour yellow and just looks a slightly off white, not what I was expecting! ☹️

Really impressed with the quality of my Tough MagSafe phone case in "Trendy Leopard" design and the matching ring holder. Received both items together in the suggested timeframe. These orders are shipped from Lithuania and tracking is accurate, I would not hesitate in ordering from this company again.
